In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

The house is 300 m from the sea in a protected place from noise, suitable for family holidays. It consists of 2 apartments, each with a separate entrance. The balcony has a beautiful sea view. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, 2 terraces, bathroom with shower, as well as a kettle, dishes, towels, bed linen, internet, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, new furniture and plumbing, in the courtyard there is a barbecue place.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
