The modern and stylish furnished 3-room apartement with 75 sqm is located in the 2016 build luxury apartement resort "Sveti Luca" directly located at the Mediterranean Sea in the small harbor city Dobra Voda. You will enjoy a fabulous view over the bay and enjoy exclusive sea access via our private beach directly from the property. The idyllic Dobra Voda is located 7km away from Bar, the bigger harbor city in the area. A pool and kids playground belong to the quiet & very relaxing resort.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

The Lake House

The lake house is located in the heart of Shiroke with direct views of Lake Shkodra and offers all you need for a pleasant stay in and around Shkodra. Equipped with amenities such as TV, air conditioning throughout the house and WiFi - Shkodër city 15 min. by car - Border, Zogaj 20 minutes by car - Supermarkets 2 minutes' walk - Bars and restaurants In addition to breakfast, the service also includes the provision of clean bed linens and towels as well as shampoo
