The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Casa La Providenca

La Providenca House is located in a quiet part of the city. It is 3.5 km away from the nearest sandy beach. There are many marked hiking and biking trails in the area. In the garden there is a large hydromassage tub with a sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen, toilet and infrared sauna for colder days. There's also a sports equipment storage next to the house. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
