Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Anita sehr genossen. Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung, das Grundstück ist voll abgeschlossen und liegt direkt am Wasser. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft richtig sauber und auch der früherer Check in hat super funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben bei jeder Begegnung gefragt ob alles passt und haben auf unsere Fragen sofort reagiert. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man ein Kieselstrand was für die Kinder richtig gut ist. Gegenüber dem Haus ist der Grund steinig und daher sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen

I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful apartment, amazing rooftop pool with an even better view. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were very helpful, always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything missing. If I were to return to Croatia I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Wirklich empfehlenswert. Bisher der beste Urlaub mit der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr verständnisvoll und nett. Kann nur gutes behaupten. 100% empfehlenswert!

We stayed one week in september and we had a relaxing time there, despite of one half-day of rain (when we visited the old town of Zadar). Una was a friendly host, she helped us with transport from Preko to Kukljica when we checked in (due to the fact that our flight was late for more than two hours). The apartment is located at the ground floor of a small flat with nine apartments, with a small garden around and direct access to the sea (location pin on airbnb is a bit shifted) Ugljan island is a very nice location, covered by green forests, with small communities and pleasant harbours. We walked a lot in the surroundings, to the coast, bridge to Pashman island and Zdrelac (where we met by chance our hosts, Una and Vice at a bistro) and even just to Kukljica on the hills and coast to Kali. You can also rent a car in Zadar, but we preferred a week without a car, just for swimm and walk (you can also use the local bus from Preko to Tkon). This is a location where we intend to come back.

Sehr schönes Apartment! Nur 1 Minute bis zum Meer, ansonsten die Möglichkeit in den Pool zu gehen. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Außerdem durften wir am Abend grillen. Fazit: sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, kurzer Weg zum Meer, am besten mit dem Auto kommen um mehr zu besichtigen oder Restaurants zu erreichen!

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! Das Apartment mit der Dachterasse war atemberaubend und alles war modern und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch freundlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfsbereit! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Mieszkanie wyglądało jak na zdjęciach. Wyposażenie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko zadbane i czyste. Klimatyzacja sprawna, kuchnia super wyposażona. Okolica przyjemna i spokojna. Całokształt bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Polecam serdecznie!

Wir haben vier Nächte bei Ante in Sukosan verbracht und sind mehr als zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das grosse Bett war für uns sehr bequem und das Badezimmer hatte eine tolle Dusche. Die Küche war mit grundlegenden Sachen eingerichtet (sehr leckeres Olivenöl zum selber Salat anrichten). Ante war ein grossartiger Gastgeber und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer zeitnah reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!

Wow! Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt bei Vesna. Solche herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann ruhig in den Morgen starten mit Blick auf das Meer und von Bininje sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man sich auch per Bolt/Uber sehr günstig fahren lassen. Vesna war immer erreichbar und hat einen sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt. Es ist ein Supermarkt (Spar) 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch tolle Restaurants und einen Strand gibt es nicht weit von hier. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde es tun!Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder hierher. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

We were absolutely impressed with our stay in these apartments! When choosing them, we considered the location, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s only 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach on one side, and 2 minutes to the sea on the other. The city center and the nearest shop are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect if you don’t have a car. As for the apartment itself — it fully matches the description. Since we cooked our own meals, we found everything we needed and even more! The beautiful design and cozy details like candles created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to highlight the terrace, which is a very pleasant place to spend time — it’s always in the shade, which is great during hot weather. A heartfelt thank you to our host Mia for her hospitality and quick responses. We highly recommend this place if you have any doubts, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! ❤️

Mali sme výnimočný pobyt! Ubytovanie bolo čisté, priestranné a plne vybavené všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Prostredie nám zaručilo skvelý oddych. Hostiteľka bola veľmi milá, ústretová a ochotná. Oceňujeme aj rýchlu komunikáciu a jednoduchý check-in. Lokalita bola ideálna – blízko centra a pár minút chôdze od pláže. Určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili a môžeme len odporúčať každému, kto hľadá príjemné miesto na pobyt!

Had a very nice stay at Petar’s place. The apartments are centrally located and close to the center of town and the beach, which is only few minutes walk away. Ideal place for a relaxed stay!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem fünfjährigen Kind und einem 10 Monate alten Baby zu Gast. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da Petra eine hervorragende Gastgeberin war. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnelle und für uns einfache Lösungen gefunden. Der Kontakt war von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm und herrlich unaufdringlich. Von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung.
