Holiday rentals with a pool in Dobrota

Amazing location with stunning panoramic views across the coast. Very private and secluded. Spacious living areas and a nice pool to cool off in. Loved it!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her i juni med vår datter. Veldig moderne og godt utstyrt leilighet med alt du behøver av kjøkkenutstyr. Leiligheten er romslig med store vindusflater og fantastisk utsikt. Deilig med egen privat terrasse og tre trappetrinn ned til felles basseng. Helt fantastisk med AC og veldig god ventilasjon i samtlige rom. Elektrisk solskjerming er helt ypperlig når solen står opp tidlig og tillater at man får sovet ut i et mørkt rom. Vil anbefale gjester å ha egen bil for å bo her :) Stedet anbefales til alle og vi ønsker definitivt å komme tilbake :)

Superbe logement situé pas loin de Kotor. Logement très jolie , très bien décoré avec beaucoup d'ustensiles très appréciable (machine a laver, IPTV (quelques problèmes quand même), sèche cheuveux,...), manque juste un micro onde dans la cuisine pour réchauffer les plats bébé ou autres. Un peu difficile à trouver car google fait toujours passer par une route assez dangeureuse mais Sanja envoie plusieurs adresse pour trouver le logement et ensuite c'est assez simple. Logement très paisible , la terrasse de l'appartement donne devant la baie de Kotor, magnifique vue. Nous sommes venue 1 semaine avec notre fils de 16mois et Sanja a mis à notre disposition une chaise haute et un lit bébé, ça a été parfait. Je recommande ce logement.

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
