Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Doctor Phillips

I enjoyed my stay with Jessica. It was a really nice neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants around as was pretty central to pretty much everything. The home was near Disney, only 20 minutes away which really helped and made my stay with my girlfriend a lot easier. My only complaint was that my girlfriend found a hair in one of the towel as she was about to use it and we had to go purchase one at a nearby store. Other than that the place was spotless and nice and tidy, would definitely recommend booking your stay with Jessica, 9/10 😁

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. Great place super close to berthing

Excellent place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and contained all of the necessary amenities. Conveniently located only a 15 minute walk from the Universal parks, this made the entire trip much easier. Nick was a friendly and attentive host, I would definitely stay here again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

Great place to stay Fonti was great with communication

We had a great time staying at the condo and enjoyed a short walk to the pool area. It was convininet to have a shopping plaza with restarants, gift shop, coffee shop, and groceries right next to us. It was beautiful condo and clean, the kitchen was missing some basic utelnils and bowls, but we resolved that. If you are a family that cooks and does not go out much, all pots and pans were too small to cook for 6 people, we only had two coffee mugs to share between 3 adults for morning coffee, not a big deal - just plan ahead and get creative. It is not fully stocked kitchen (to our liking) especially for 6 ppl., but I am sure most people would be ok with that if eating out. There was no salt or papper or cooking oil, which is a first for me when renting .The condo was nice and cool, we enjoyed an evening on the balcony too. Overall a great stay and super local to all attractions, trip to Orlando Studios was 10 minutes, and 12 min to the airport, not bad at all! Thanks for hosting us!

Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The location is great and everything is closeby. The house is very well maintained and was cleaned before our visit. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

Our host was great, responsive, helping us with any questions we had. The location is by several restaurants so it's fairly easy to walk or Uber. We liked it and would consider staying again

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

My boyfriend and i desperately needed a vacation so i booked here! Absolutely loved how cozy and at home we felt, everything was nice and clean it felt like a home and oh my gosh the bed and pillows were literally the comfiest i’ve ever felt before! needless to say this was definitely the perfect place we could’ve chose to stay, we came home today feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Lais was very friendly and responded very quickly! I definitely recommend!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s lovely Flamingo condo. The unit was a great getaway and offered privacy with an outstanding view. We could see all 4 Universal parks from the terrace! Kyle was quick to respond with any questions that we had and made our family feel right at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!
