A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live all by yourself with the water and the river as the closest neighbor. The beaver often visits. The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Or maybe you'd like to paddle out to a small island and spend the night in a hammock there.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Hiking areas in the forest to mountains. swimming areas, and nice fishing opportunities in the river . winter time :great ski slopes in the mountain area 10 min away by car. The cabin is located in a small village. 10 min away by car you will get to Mykland ,there is a shop that has what is needed, you are going to a larger village it is 35 min to Evje or 50 min drive to the great coastal town of Arendal.

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Small apartment above the double garage is rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed.
