It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The stay was absolutely great from start to finish! The self check-in went smoothly and easily – super organized and ideal if you want to arrive flexibly. The place was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you might need. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. We particularly liked the comfortable bed, the quiet location and the overall very pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was also excellent – fast, friendly and reliable. All information was provided in a timely manner and was clearly understandable. The location of the accommodation is also great: quiet and yet close to everything important – perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. We felt completely comfortable and would book again anytime. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a clean, stylish and uncomplicated accommodation!

Marin and his family welcomed us very warmly! Everything was really clean and in top condition! The house is a bit off the beaten path, so you have to go by car for activities! But that's exactly what we were looking for and got! Relaxation is guaranteed in the house and the village! Communication with Marin was very straightforward at all times and he was always there for us if something came up! We would come back here anytime and felt very comfortable!

I had a great stay at Fiori‘s beautiful room and would always come again. Fiori and her husband are super friendly and were always there to help when I needed sth. The room was super clean, has everything one needs, and the terrace is beautiful. I even found free parking up the hill in Volosko so I did not have to pay the expensive parking fees in central Volosko.

We had 12 great days in Jelena's house. Since we were delayed by a long journey, the neighbor Vesna greeted us. She showed us everything. For further questions, Jelena was super via Airbnb and always available. We met once to get to know each other and for recommendations in person. Jelena visited us, by appointment in the house. The house left nothing to be desired for us. Well-equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor toys for the kids. Bed linen and many towels, if needed. Baby bed, high chair, even a potty/toilet seat would have been available. Really great. In the village, we had good Croatian food twice at Konoba Ema. Once we had the neighbor Vesna deliver to us. Also very tasty and generous. The surroundings directly on the Učka mountains were impressive and very quiet. One or the other forest dweller visited us in the evening. It was great. However, you have to plan time for companies or excursions to the beach. The pool, however, made up for it!
