Our home has a wonderful private setting with all new landscaping that is just beautiful place to spend your early mornings. The deck has a wonderful seating area and large umbrella. You can see the lake from the kitchen windows. We have 3 bedroom plus a den, 2.5 baths home with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining area. The garage is for the owners personal items-no Garage Access to guest. Parking for 3 cars. The home is conveniently located inside Dollar Point just a few miles to City

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!
