We had an amazing stay and it made our Easter break great! Our host was so helpful and we really appreciated his thoughtful advice. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting a great break on Tassie’s east coast.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful accommodation. We really appreciated the cleanliness, and how well furnished and stocked the place was. Having all the appliances required for cooking, to washing was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you once again and we will hope to be back in the future!

The lodge was perfect for our extended family weekend, it’s not fancy but ideal and safe for young children. 2 living areas, a big kitchen and enough seating for everyone including an outdoor steaming the garage and a furious with wood supplied. The facilities at the estate were great and kept the adults and kids busy and entertained. Tash was a wonderful host

This is the nicest house I have ever stayed in!

We had a really fun stay at this property. We had two families, combined there were 5 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of space, the pool and sauna and hot tub were great. The area was nice as well with the beach at your door step. Apart from not having a laundry to use at the house, it was a great time and we look forward to staying again

An absolute getaway! So peaceful and private. Stunning beach views and the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous bush drive in and out of the property. Met lots of wildlife.

Absolutely stunning. If you’re wanting to escape to the peace and beauty of Freycinet this is the place. Outside bath is not to miss.

Great place. Heating was on for our arrival which was appreciated. Loved the view and everything within the house was thoughtfully provided.

Such a beautiful home, with loads of space to chill out. The house was very well equipped. All beds were extremely comfortable too. The only down side, there was no wifi available which we were not aware of but otherwise a perfect getaway.

Joseph and Emma have created a soul-nourishing retreat. Every detail — from the calming textures and beautiful light to the thoughtful art and comfort — felt intentional and warm. Waking up to the breathtaking views each morning was pure magic. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and so grateful. Can’t wait to return!

From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and at home. Spotlessly clean and with super comfy beds, we loved all amenities especially the cosy fire. Loved the easy walk to the stunning Bicheno beach and the stylish, comfy amenities. Luxurious Beach house with cosy feel. We will be back.

Absolutely divine views and the colours thrown from the stunning sunrise and sunsets wow! Listening to the waves and outdoor fire and the stars above just incredible. Kitchen was fantastic for cooking in and with another fire inside to enjoy an autumn like no other on Tasmania’s East Coast. We will definitely return. We were all hoping for an escape and time to reset. Svens and Lisa have made a beautiful retreat for families or couples just wanting to get away from it all and enjoy what the location has to offer. I can’t speak highly enough of how much effort they have gone to, to make you feel welcome. It is all the little things that you don’t expect that surprise you. They have obviously traveled themselves and remember what it was like. From a family perspective, there is an abundance of things to keep them entertained or just out of your hair. Parents will love it just as much as kids will. The beach is just a few steps through the sand to pristine conditions and for most part you have 9 miles of it to yourself. I wish we had stayed longer.

Kristy’s property was easy to find, beautiful and clean and in a friendly neighborhood. The property suited us perfectly- short stroll to the beach and a safe and suitable yard for our beach loving dog.

Enjoyed our long weekend in such a beautiful and peaceful space. The cottage was perfect and we loved the quaint old style charm of the property. Access to the beach was lovely! Thanks for having us!

I really loved my stay at Apeture. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house in Coles Bay, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, we were struck by the sweeping ocean views—absolutely breathtaking and visible from nearly every room in the house. The home itself is beautifully designed with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and tasteful artwork that adds charm and personality. Every space, from the sunlit living area to the cozy bedrooms, is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and style. What sets this property apart is the incredible value for money. You get so much more than a place to sleep—you get an experience. The games room was a hit with both kids and adults, providing hours of entertainment after beach walks and barbecues on the deck. I would highly recommend this property as a home away from home, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home in fantastic location right on the beach front of Coles Bay. The house has a very fresh, relaxed atmosphere. Great spot for the family or couples to stay. The host provides great local recommendations and is very helpful. Lovely basket of treats on arrival as well which added a lovely touch! I would highly recommend staying here. :-)

Lovely place to stay 😊 highly recommend. Spacious, good heating, excellent kitchen, nice patio at back overlooking vines and rivulet. Great walks and exploring on the property. Beautiful part of Tasmania to explore from great base. Overall a great place to stay and we will return 😊

loved Scarecrow Cottage. Very historic. Comfortable. The heaters and fireplace were much appreciated as it was cold weather.

Home was very lovely, the view stunning, perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend.

It's an absolute treasure glad for the kitchen, ate 1 night at peirmount restaurant. This place has huge potential, love the working farm. Wine we brought was not too bad.
