We used the apartment as a base for the nameless festival and it was very comfortable!

Marilena's accommodation is in impeccable condition, as soon as you cross the threshold you are greeted by a great clean scent, very tidy, equipped with every comfort, even in terms of kitchen utensils and services. She was a super helpful and understanding host, it was really a pleasure to stay here.

Marco and Mara are the true definition of perfect hosts. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, they are super helpful to make sure your trip is as smooth as possible. They care a lot about all the little details that make the whole experience feel special. The place itself is a very comfortable for multiple guests. All the necessary goods are provided, including surprising accents. Location is silent, but at the same time everything you might need, like beach or ferry, is available on foot easily. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend it if you want to explore Como. 11/10, cheers 🤌

Honestly can’t recommend Lorena enough. Such a lovely host and so accommodating for us - we had 3 motorbikes and were late to check in due to directions and getting lost. Lorena was in communication with us, and upon arriving gave us lots of recommendations and was just such a wonderful woman. It was a pleasure to stay. The house is beautiful and better than pictured, with stunning balcony views and peaceful surroundings. Lorena has booklets, snacks— everything you need and more! In the morning she gifted us nocciolini & raspberries which we loved. We are motorcycle touring Europe, the parking was secure with a locked gate. Lorena gave recommendations for our route through Italy, and thanks to her we took a ferry over lake como with beautiful views & also cut our journey down. So thankful for her as a host and person. We will definitely recommend and if we ever return to Italy, we will be back!! Such a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Lovely and personal - couldn’t rate higher.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 days. As soon as I arrived I was very friendly and punctual, the owners were extremely friendly, kind, respectful and warm. The apartment has all the necessary comforts, spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, large bathroom, and 2 spacious balconies. Totally soundproofed, we've never heard anything coming from the nearby apartments. The lift has helped a lot in carrying suitcases easily and in my case 2 strollers. Overall an ideal apartment to stay and enjoy your holidays in peace and tranquility. For me, it deserves the highest marks, also considering the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Perfect stay, the apartment is very well located for visiting Lake Como and its surroundings. Well decorated, very clean, easy parking nearby. Silvia's team is very responsive and allowed us to check in and out independently. The only downside is the nearby bell tower that rings from 7 a.m. but that can also be part of the charm;) In short, nothing to complain about and we will gladly come back!

Very pleasant stay in Pusiano. We enjoyed Renata's hospitality and the cleanliness of the very well-equipped accommodation.

Giulio is a very kind and really super helpful host. He gave us maximum freedom for check-in and check-out, and recommended activities, restaurants and typical places in Lecco. The apartment was clean, tidy, equipped with everything, in a quiet neighborhood and with a breathtaking view of the lake. Fantastic experience, perfect host! Thanks again Giulio!☺️

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

Maria and Maddie gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was a little difficult to find at first (you just have to follow the street up the hill), but Maddie responded super quickly to my messages. Pizza and drinks in the in-house bar are super delicious and were a good end to the day

2 nights in Canzo, a great location for visiting the area that offers many activities. The apartment is located in the town center, the rooms are tidy and clean, the kitchen is equipped and the bathroom is brand new and clean. We recommend visiting the pastry shop near the church, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was available and friendly, providing us with all the tips and directions in a simple way, we will definitely be back!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Beautiful, spacious, modern and well equipped home in the center of Milan. The kitchen and the outdoor patio overlooking the Duomo are a dream.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
