Holiday rentals with a patio in Domancy

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

Magnifique appartement qui donne l’impression d’avoir son propre chalet avec une très belle terrasse plein sud face aux pistes de Boissonnet. Très bel espace de vie, cuisine extrêmement bien équipe (rarement vu autant de vaisselle dans une location Airbnb), literie confortable. Accès au village en 10-15mn a pied ou avec service de bus gratuits. A noter qu’avec enfants jeunes qui marchent, il faut marcher 5mn bord de route pour accéder au rond point de boissonnet; ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Superbe location, on a passé un excellent séjour.

Un logement très bien situé avec une place de parking bien pratique ! L’appartement est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Le guide à télécharger pour l’arrivée et les conseils sont très utiles. Je reviendrai dans ce logement, merci.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement. Situé au calme tout en restant proche d’Annecy, c’est parfait :) nous avons été très bien accueilli et le logement était nickel :)

My son and I came to Leysin for a short break. The chalet was fabulous, very well equipped to a high standard and very homely and comfortable. Margaret and Patrick were great hosts, gave us some good recommendations and were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and I'm sure we will be back again soon. Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Ce gîte est une véritable pépite. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer notre hôte en personne, mais notre communication via Airbnb a été fluide et efficace. Tout correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes ainsi qu’à la description du site. Le chalet, idéalement situé, offre un équipement complet et une vue magnifique. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont particulièrement fonctionnelles, tandis que le salon, avec son poêle à bois, dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse. La terrasse et les extérieurs sont également très agréables. Ses points forts ? Un espace parfaitement adapté pour six adultes, avec une literie de grande qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation ce lieu exceptionnel.

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.

Small but perfectly formed - I was skiing in Courmayeur and the drive to and from the apartment was fine, the parking is brilliant especially if it snows overnight, and the apartment is ideal for 1/2 people, warm and equipped for cooking.

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
