Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

The property is quiet and offers everything you need for a good vacation. A. Paola is very friendly, communicative and always responded quickly. She also gave lots of tips on what to do nearby and what to do with children. If we hadn't had a car, she would have even gotten us from the airport about 30 km away. She got us by having problems with our flight. Since we were only on the way to the accommodation in the middle of the night and left for the house, she offered to pick us up directly and accompany us to the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and were not there the last time

New well equipped house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, backyard with jacuzzi and a specious kitchen. You can park a car inside the gated front yard. Host is responsive and nice to communicate with. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, one has a Michelin star.

The apartment is very nice, tidy, clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very close to all services and the beach, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Matteo has always been kind and helpful with every request, I highly recommend spending your holidays in Costa Rei at Casa Elisa.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Good season Massimo ... Looking forward to seeing you again maybe someday Best regards

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Five star experience all the way. The apartment had everything we needed and the garden was an oasis, especially for the kids. Cristina was very friendly and always ready with suggestions for places close by or further afield. We would definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, with a lush, well-kept garden that made every morning feel like a retreat. The views from the property are simply stunning—perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying a sunset. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always available for any questions and full of great local tips. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Thank you Alessandra for the wonderful Villa, really a great welcome, we were very happy with the cleanliness of the house and the correspondence between the photos on the Internet and the reality of the house... we arrived at the sea every morning on foot in 5 minutes with a 2-year-old girl... they provided us with a really comfortable cot and stroller that we used throughout the holiday. We'll definitely be back. See you soon 🤗

Beautiful mountain home, off the beaten path. Lovely pool, garden and patio areas with stunning views of the sea in a private gated community. 15 minute drive to the beautiful Spaiggia de Tuerredda, Su Giudea and Sa Colonia beaches. Relaxing countryside with a short drive to Pula for a little more activity. Home was charming, sweetly decorated and well air-conditioned. We were welcomed with some local wine and traditional Sardinian flatbread - which was beyond kind. Kitchen was quaint but well-equipped. The outdoor space really sells the experience - pool, outdoor shower, lounging areas and if you are able to book during a full moon, the beautiful moon is reflected off the sea. Small market and local restaurants are all within a 15 minute drive.
