Nella casa troverete tutte le attrezzature nuove, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, compreso un condizionatore dual split Airwell. Tutti gli impianti sono stati realizzati in base alla normativa vigente.

Villa located within the Mari Pintau residence with breathtaking sea views. Equipped with a private swimming pool where you can relax and have fun during peak beach hours, without giving up the sea view. Lovers of the sea and the mountains will be impressed by the atmosphere that becomes even more magical at night thanks to the illuminations of Torre delle Stelle. You will find a new dining area with a ping pong table and a foosball table, good fun for everyone!

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
