This gorgeous casita is located just a few short blocks (about 1/4 mile) from the plaza in Old Mesilla where you will find tons of great restaurants (mostly delicious Mexican food), wineries, bars, unique shopping and fun events. There is a market in the square on Fridays and Sundays with neat jewelry, art and other local treasures. The area is rich in history and culture and has many tales of days when Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett used to wonder the village.

This 100+year-old studio-style cottage still holds its original exposed brick wall foundation, exuding a rustic and raw look to it. The vaulted ceiling inside the cottage brings in extra natural light and an aesthetic flair to the space which you will definitely admire. Additionally, for added safety, we change the door code after each stay.

This home has a full kitchen, king bed, open living room, work nook, bar stool dining, & much more. Dogs are welcome - there is an enclosed side yard with tall walls for your use. Enjoy the sunrise over the Organ Mountains on the back porch and breathtaking sunset views over the city.

This lovingly remodeled casita just fifteen minutes from downtown Las Cruces is open, spacious, and comfortably equipped for any length stay. Take in the views of the mountains, watch the birds, or relax in the hot tub under the stars. Hike to the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument via an arroyo from the casita, take a dip in the pool, or rest in the peaceful and tastefully decorated space. It is a perfect place for a quiet getaway or as a base to explore the area.

Have you stayed overnight in a Church before? This is your opportunity. Your lodging in the Casita is attached to the now deconsecrated St Francis de Sales Church, surrounded by a large Spanish courtyard, garden, and a private patio and parking area. Experience the adobe spaces as built in 1860. The church compound is walled and gated. We are located 1 1/2 miles southeast of Hatch in a colonia called Rodey. Look for the bell tower from Hwy 185 and begin your experience here.

Mesilla Bosque State park by the Rio Grande River, is four minute drive or if you want to ride your bike about 12 minutes.
