Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

The ground-floor apartment is located in the green inner courtyard of the manor house and is located absolutely quietly due to its orientation towards the garden. It has an anteroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet. The house garden with children's playground can be used! There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area. The metro (line U3 - Zippererstrasse) is a few minutes walk away - in 10 minutes you can reach the city center with it.
