This new & cosy home, perfect for families, is located 7 mins by public transport from the Tube station Leopoldau (on the U1 line which goes straight to central Vienna). You'll instantly feel at home, we have a fireplace, video projector, a garden, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of games for kids and a heated pool. IMPORTANT: in exchange for the discounted price for this big, brandnew house, you'll take care of our 2 cats (just feed them twice a day - takes 3 minutes) during your stay. :)

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im Trendbezirk, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind/ Baby. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem grossen Bett (1.80x2.00m) lässt sich komplett verdunkeln. Es gibt auch ein Babybett mit Gittern. Die Wohnung ist ein typisch wienerisches Altbaugebäude, jedoch neu renoviert mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Balkon ist südwestlich mit viel Sonne ausgerichtet.
