The Cosy Cabin is nestled safely in the Cork Countryside of Ballyhass, right on the doorstep of the Ballyhass Adventure Centre, There's lots to do and see around this area as Adventure to the lakes for all their activities too many to list, Fishing, Golfing, Horse riding, or just country walks around here to Lohort Castle and Ballygiblin . We also have The Olde School Glen Theatre a great night of light entertainment with various Guests, Killarney is 40mins and Cork city 30min, or just Relax...

Traditional Irish Cottage

This traditional style Irish thatch cottage is a truly unique and cosy property. Self catering with private parking. Situated in North Cork, in the heart of Munster, within an hours drive of major cities in the south. The Cottage is only 500 metre’s, with views of the Galtee Mountains, from the beautiful ‘Famous’ Kildorrery town and a 10 minute drive from Mitchelstown (M7 Motorway). One of the many local amenities include, the Ballyhoura mountains, perfect for hikers or keen mountain bikers.

The Country Hideaway Apartment

A quiet, cosy and secure apartment in close proximity to Cork City with a home away from home feeling. Guests love the ease of pulling straight up to the door, the full kitchen and power shower. We are close to Cork City, Ballincollig, Farran Woods, National Rowing Centre, UCC Zip it , CUH and Lee Valley golf. There are some pubs and restaurants nearby such as the Kilumney Inn, Ovens Bar and Lee Valley Golf Club + White Horse. A car is necessary. EV charging available payable locally.

Urban Tranquility Tree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

The village is locally know as 'The Harbour', this stems from the 9th Century invasion of the Vikings who sailed as far as the Monastery in Glanworth. Owenie's Cottage is surrounded by medieval buildings and Old Mills . It is across the road from a castle with walks to the beautiful River Funcheon.
