Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dongdaemun District

We had the best of times at this AirBnB! Every morning we had a different breakfast prepared by the host. Always delicious and satisfying. She was very gracious and extremely responsive despite there being a language barrier. The space itself was very tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since each room had a door that leads directly to the courtyard, each room’s occupants were able to come and go without bothering each other. :) There’s a fun food market within walking distance. We got to try a lot of different foods! There’s a lot of cool places to travel to and explore; we highly recommend visiting the local palaces. If we ever get the chance to return to Korea, we would happily stay here again!

Perfect location and close to station so we could get around very easily. Appreciate this as we used Arex trains and metros. Loved the location as there was a grocery near by, coffee and even food places. and the home had everything we needed from kitchen, washer/dryer and space was sufficient for 5 people. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

If you’re a digital nomad, you’ve got to check out this place! We stayed here for two months and our host was incredible. They were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our lives comfortable. And the wifi speed? Top-notch! It's a good accommodation for healing. There is a Baeksasil Valley right in front, and it was nice to be able to do light hiking in Bukaksan.

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

We stayed for one week and had a great time. The apartment is small but you have everything you need. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The price was pretty high but that was maybe because of public holidays and everything else was booked out. Because of the great and central location we would book again.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

This check in was to go to KINTEX for a show.First of all, it is very convenient to walk for 30 seconds at the exit of Daika Station.There are also Olive young and convenience stores downstairs in the accommodation, as well as plenty of restaurants and Cafe.It also only takes 10 minutes to walk past the venue, and it is highly recommended that people who watch the show live here.Going to the airport and Seoul city area is also a bus that arrives directly in about 1 hour.The accommodation and the pictures matched the description and the bed was comfortable.Supplies are also provided and there is plenty of water in the fridge.Will stay again next time for a show.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. The hosts were very friendly. They kindly offered breakfast every morning. The place was quiet and close to public transport. The Hanok was very nice with beautiful indoor yard. It was cozy and recommended if you want to experience traditional Korean accommodation.

The Hanok is a beautiful and authentic place to stay. A quiet oasis in Seoul and you feel like you are back in time. The service is very good and the Korean breakfast is recommended.

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

It was a nice guest house near Hongdae. Jin and her husband are so nice and great communicators. I only wish I could've stayed longer

The room was very clean and neat. The house location is very easy to find as well. A bit far from the center but convenient for buses. The train stop is about 1km ~ 15p walk, if lazy, can call a taxi to the train station for ~5kw.
