Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. 유투브 검색 "일제강점기 한옥이 세컨하우스로" 하시면 동영상 볼수 있습니다 ‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다.
