A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. The apartment is located in the attic of the house, consisting of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace that has a panoramic view of the bay, the Karinsko Sea, the Zrmanja River Canyon and the beautiful Velebit. The property has a parking lot and a gazebo with a barbecue where you can have a nice time. There is also a room with a washing machine available in the gazebo. The shop and restaurant are 20 m from the property. The Zrmanja River waterfalls are 20 km away, Starigrad-Paklenica 50 km, Zadar 35 km

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

After beautiful sunsets, on hot, Mediterranean nights, you will be refreshed by the pleasant country air. If you want to cool off in the clean sea of Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.

The Velebit Lodge vacation home was completely newly renovated in 2020 and is located directly by the Velebit Nature Park. Enjoy magnificent views of the majestic Velebit Mountains. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each which you can push together to form a large double bed, 3 bathrooms with toilet, a spacious living area with additional sofa bed and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people.
