We had an amazing stay at Jelena and Nikola's villa, located in a picturesque setting overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, a lovely garden, and the calming sound of waves. The area is perfect for exploring Venetian Mediterranean architecture and offers cozy restaurants, scenic beaches, and breathtaking nature. Numerous trails up Mount Vrmac cater to active travelers. Jelena and Nikola were exceptionally hospitable, providing local recommendations and assistance with any questions. The villa is well-suited for remote work, and they even helped set up a workspace. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for a few more weeks in this beautiful location.

Staying at Aleksandra’s place in Kotor was a truly lovely experience! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal — close enough to explore the beauty of Kotor, yet peaceful enough to relax. Aleksandra was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great local tips. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

We stayed at Marko's house for 4 nights. First of all, the house had a peaceful view. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and our demands were met very quickly by Marko. It was very nice to have a private parking space. It had about 10 minutes by car to the city center. The peaceful evenings on the balcony made for an inexpensive experience. This house makes you want to come back once, and it has such a great aura. If we ever visit Montenegro again or have friends come, this will be the first address we would recommend. You can stay in this house without any hesitation.

Probably one of the best places in the Kotor area especially in terms of view. The apartment had a beautiful balcony and was furnished very well. Would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

The host was exceptional & Villa Splendor is a must! charming villa nestled in a picturesque location offers utterly breathtaking views of the stunning coastline & surrounding mountains. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Amazing place to stay with your family. Super nice and responsive hosts. We even got a small welcome and good buy gifts. Would definitely come back. One needs a car to go around as there is no pavement along the roads by the coast. Gets perfect once you rent a car / come with the own one.

An unforgettable stay, The view from the apartment over Kotor Bay was absolutely stunning and it was a highlight of our trip and even better than we expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The host welcomed us warmly and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
