Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania - jest w dobrej lokalizacji, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania - przyjechaliśmy dosyć późno z powodu ulewy i korków, a klucz czekał nas w drzwiach. Prywatny parking pod samym oknem - w Zatoce Kotorskiej, gdzie jest ciasno, to bardzo ważne. Blisko do sklepu i piekarni. Do Kotoru można dojechać w ciągu 15 minut. Dziękujemy.

Öncelikle her şey harikaydı. Evin konumu mükemmel bir yerde manzarası çok güzel ev temiz ve çok kullanışlı. Bunların dışında ev sahipleri çok misafirperver Boris'in babası,annesi ve oğlu Balsa mükemmel insanlar hiç yabancılık çekmiyorsunuz kendi aileniz gibi davranıyorlar. Son akşam oturup saatlerce bahçelerinde sohbet ettik o kadar keyifliydi ki akşam gezimizi öteleyip onlarla vakit geçirdik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Karadağ'a gelip başka bir yerde kalmayın. 10yıldız :)

Karadağ gezimiz için 4 gece konakladık. Evin manzarası harikaydı. Çok huzurlu bi yerdi. Ev de çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Tek kusuru çamaşır makinesi olmamasıydı. Ama çamaşır makinesi olmadığı yazıyormuş, biz farketmemişiz. Yine de Vera hanım bize bu konuda hemen yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok memnun kaldık , tavsiye ederim .

We had an amazing stay at Jelena and Nikola's villa, located in a picturesque setting overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, a lovely garden, and the calming sound of waves. The area is perfect for exploring Venetian Mediterranean architecture and offers cozy restaurants, scenic beaches, and breathtaking nature. Numerous trails up Mount Vrmac cater to active travelers. Jelena and Nikola were exceptionally hospitable, providing local recommendations and assistance with any questions. The villa is well-suited for remote work, and they even helped set up a workspace. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for a few more weeks in this beautiful location.

Staying at Aleksandra’s place in Kotor was a truly lovely experience! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal — close enough to explore the beauty of Kotor, yet peaceful enough to relax. Aleksandra was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great local tips. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Markonun evinde 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyim ki ev huzur dolu bir manzaraya sahipti. Ev tertemizdi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve taleplerimiz marko tarafından çok hızlı karşılandı. Kendine özel otopark alanı olması çok güzeldi. Şehir merkezine araçla 10 dk kadar ulaşıma sahipti. Balkonda geçirdiğimiz huzurlu akşamlar pahabiçilemez bir deneyim yaşattı. Bu ev insana bir kere kaldığı zaman tekrar gelme isteği uyandırıyor o derecede harika bir aurası var. Bir daha karadağ ziyareti yaparsak veya arkadaşlarımız gelirse tavsiye edeceğimiz ilk adres burası olacaktır. Hiçbir tereddüt etmeden bu evde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Marko szálláshelye valóban fantasztikus helyen van. Csodálatos látványt nyújtanak az öböl partjàn a kis halászházak. Nyugodt környék, mègis közel van a nagyobb látványosságokhoz is. Nagyon tudom ajànlani főleg pároknak valódi kikapcsolódási, feltöltődést nyújtó, tengerparti helyszín.

Amazing location. Loved walking to the beaches and amazing space in general

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

The host was exceptional & Villa Splendor is a must! charming villa nestled in a picturesque location offers utterly breathtaking views of the stunning coastline & surrounding mountains. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Slavko ile iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı , gittiğimizde bizi eşi Sanija karşıladı , kibar ve tatlı bir bayandı , heryer temizdi , çarşaf takımları yumuşatıcı kokuyordu , evde çamaşır makinesi dahil mutfak ve diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ,manzarası işte fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi ,balkonda oturup manzarayı izledik eski şehiri gezip balkondan manzarayı izlemek için can attık . Eski şehir yürüyerek 15 dakika ancak çıkış biraz yokuş olduğundan sıkıntı olabilir biz yürüyerek indik ve taksiyle çıktık ancak kotora yine gelsem bu eşsiz manzarada konaklamak isterim

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
