Wonderfully located and beautifully furnished apartment that feels more like a luxury hotel than a typical Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, with all amenities readily available. The apartment is within walking distance of everything we needed, and there’s also a parking garage conveniently located just around the corner.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

This was a clean and spacious recently renovated apartment with everything you need for your stay. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals, but who cooks in San Sebastián?! The Old Town location was great, being steps from all the action. We had a little trouble with Bluetooth connection with apartment door lock, but Feel Free host was able to open door remotely. Don’t hesitate with this gem of a space!

Excelente estancia en san Sebastián! Las vistas desde el departamento son de en sueño! Loli y Patxi se encargaron de que nunca nos faltara nada! Muy atentos en todo momento. Si volvemos a san Sebastián, definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo 😊

A truly stunning apartment. The views are huge and everywhere. The location cannot be beat. The host was super easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay in this very beautiful spot.

We had a great stay at Mentxu's place. Mentxu was really helpful and his instructions for finding and checking in were very clear. Apartment was really clean when we arrived. Had everything we needed (washing machine and tumble dryer came in more handy than we expected). Despite being only a short walk from the busy town and beach the apartment is in a very quiet area. Our only negative is that the main door to the block of flats has an automatic close mechanism which causes the door to slam loudly whenever any of the residents of other flats come or go. Don't know if this is just the way the closer works or if it is possible to get it adjusted to be quieter. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at Mentxu's again if we return to San Sebastian.

We loved our second stay at this beautiful apartment. It is in the best location and has everything we could ever want. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Maria Jesus was super responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to be back soon, but in the meantime we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

An amazing location. This property is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio at the end of the day and to start our day. Kira was amazing, informative, and so attentive. The unit is within walking distance of everything, especially the bus station, which we utilized for our next stop in Bilbao. Would recommend this unit to others.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from the best pintxo bars, the beach, and all the charm the city has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. They went above and beyond in every possible way—genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I accidentally left behind a personal item, the host not only found it but promptly arranged to have it sent back to me without hesitation. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

Super logement, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce ! Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. L’emplacement est idéal avec une magnifique vue sur la plage. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour !

We had a lovely stay at Miren's apartment. The location is perfect, right in the centre of San Sebastian, ideal for those looking to eat lots of pinxtos! Miren was really helpful with sending instructions to get into the apartment and with local recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone in San Sebastian!

Travelled to San Sebastián for a short trip to enjoy the food and culture and Susan & Santi’s place provided us with the perfect accommodation to do that. It was very easy to find from the bus station, only a 15 minute walk. It’s right in the centre of old town surrounded by so much beautiful architecture and not to mention an abundance of pintxos bars ! Santi was very communicative and friendly and meeting him to collect the keys was very efficient. He gave us excellent recommendations for food, bars and sights etc. He was very accommodating about check out time and bag storage and was always available to respond to queries. He was a very gracious host ! The flat itself was great for 3 people, it was clean tidy, nicely decorated and felt spacious. The beds were very comfortable and soft and despite the busy street below, we all slept very comfortably with minimal noise. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall 10/10 :)

Tres bon accueille, de bon conseil pour les activités. Réactive à la demande. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malheureusement écourté par là pluie mais nous gardons le conctact pour revenir avec plaisir quand le soleil sera de la partie. Merci pour tout.

nous avons passés 10 jrs incroyable ...repos calme relaxant ...belles promenades pour le chien et super emplacement pour les amateurs de peche...... les animaux sont super acceptés et on meme des copains de jeux sur place... pour ceux qui on besoin de l ordinateur ou de la tv le wifi est super sandrine est a votre ecoute ...n hesitez pas...vous etes super bien acceuilli merci sandrine et thierry pour cet agréable séjour...a bientot

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. El espacio está perfectamente preparado y no hay nada que hayamos echado de menos. Muy recomendable e incluso repetiriamos!

My wife and I visited with our 7 month old daughter and had an amazing few days at Ane's beautiful appartement. She provided a lovely cot and also had a high chair and baby bathtub, a fantastic bonus for us! You cannot ask for a better location in the centre of town. It is a short walk from the beaches restaurants and everything else san Sebastian has to offer. The apartment is well stocked with amenities everything you need and the furniture is in great condition. The balcony has amazing views over the rooftops of the old town and you can even see the beach from the side. It was a real delight to enjoy the warm summer weather out there. Ane was extremely helpful and friendly, we could not have asked for more from a host. I highly recommend this property if you're interested.

La communication et l'accueil ont été parfaits,d'une gentillesse et bienveillance très appréciables. L'emplacement est incroyable, une fois les valises posées, tout se fait facilement à pied. La vue depuis la terrasse est fantastique. La qualité de la literie est très bonne et le logement est décoré avec goût. TOUT est réuni pour passer un séjour très agréable et se créer de merveilleux souvenirs.
