Nestled alongside one of Ireland’s most iconic landmarks, Doonagore Castle Cottage has been painstakingly renovated by the castle’s owners, merging authentic 300-year-old features with modern amenities, to offer guests a unique vacation experience. Doolin village, famous for its music and culinary delights, is a ten-minute walk away, the dramatic not-to-be-missed cliffs of Moher a short drive, and a spectacular 14th century castle right next door.

Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.

The Red Stonecutters Cottage

Red Stonecutters Cottage is perched atop stunning Doonagore, a short drive from Doolin village. From this high point, you'll enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, Aran Islands and the Burren. The cottage is a great base to enjoy the music in the Doolin pubs, beach in Lahinch and the harbour village of Liscannor. The cottage dates back to after the famine and has been restored to preserve the original character, complemented by carefully selected period pieces to maintain its authentic charm.

The Cuckoo's Nest, Doolin: perfection for YOU!

The Cuckoo's Nest is a newly renovated cottage located just a two minute walk to the famous O'Connor's Pub, which has traditional music every night in the main tourist season and every weekend outside of this time. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two en suite with the third having a bathroom to itself, located just outside of the main bedroom area. There is a lovely garden outside with a cozy seating area to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in this amazing part of Ireland.

Our stylish, comfortable , bright apartment is located outside Liscannor village less than two miles from the Cliffs of Moher. It is overlooking a spectacular view of Liscannor and Lahinch and not forgetting the Cliffs of Moher which is only a five minute drive up the road less than two miles away. We are situated on the Wild Atlantic Way which is renowned for its breathtaking view with Lahinch, Liscannor, Doolin and The Burren nearby, each destination offers something for everyone.

This is a self contained apartment, tastefully decorated, on the ground floor, with your own private entrance. There is a double bed, kitchen, dining and living room, and bathroom. With your own private patio with panoramic views. The apartment is newly renovated to the highest standard, with gas heating and a solid fuel stove. It was just finished in March 2022, and we are very happy with how it turned out. We have put together a guest food hamper which we hope you will enjoy.

This cottage is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The cottage itself is situated at the back of the family home and it has beautiful views of Doolin, the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way. We are approximately 15 minutes drive to the Cliffs of Moher and 7 minutes drive (4.2km) to Doolin village. The town of Lisdoonvarna is nearby. And the beeches of Fanore and Lahinch are about a 15 minute drive away.

While located on a quiet country road within a small group of houses, it is within easy walking distance from gourmet restaurants and pubs which are renowned for their traditional music.
