It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Kellerstöckl in Styrian volcano land

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.
