Or use this as home base to explore the countless local attractions with over 100 wineries and vineyards nearby, Kerrville downtown (8 min), Fredericksburg main St. (20 min), Bandera (30 min), and so much more. Conveniently within an hour of San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville & only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in 10 minutes. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Come unplug with the sounds of nature and room to stretch out on an oversized deck. Enjoy some quality time around the camp fire, & really connect with those you love in this unique retreat.

Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

Leaf Treehouse at The Meadow

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Hilltop Hideaway on Spring Creek is a relaxing, romantic retreat sure to put you in a peaceful state of mind. Even though the cabin is located only 10 minutes or so from Fredericksburg's famed shops and restaurants, you will feel as if you are in another world. As you enter the property you will first be enchanted by the lovely landscaping. Your attention will be drawn immediately, however, to the unbelievable panoramic views. You'll see miles and miles of Texas!
