From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. You will enjoy the view of the sea, the lighthouse of Tristan Island and part of the port of Treboul. On one side the fishing port is 600 meters away, on the other the marina is easily accessible in a few minutes' walk. The halls are 400 m from the studio.
