A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our family of 7, had everything you could possibly need. Pool was a huge bonus. Everything was spotless and even nicer than the pictures. Perfect base for Perth and surrounds. Geoff was always quick to reply and very helpful. Thanks Geoff & Carol! Would love to stay here again if we come back to Perth.

Had a very wonderful stay at Hideaway at Harry’s Lane. From pre booking, the host was very responsive to our enquiries. The house was spotless and comfortable, high chair, cot and children’s bowl & cup was provided and it was very useful. We had fun with the puzzles & games provided. The location was great too, it was near some cafes and supermarket and also pretty near drive to the city. The house was well maintained and towels & linens were clean and hotel-like quality. Melanie was very responsive when we had questions during our stay too. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again when we are back. Our stay at Olivia’s coastal home in Hillarys was a highlight of our Perth trip. From the moment we booked, Olivia’s warm hospitality and thoughtful communication made us feel truly cared for. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless - perfectly set up for families. We loved relaxing in the heated pool, jacuzzi, and infrared sauna after days at the beach or exploring the city. The BBQ grill was great for family dinners, and the playhouse was a magical spot for our daughter—she spent hours there and loved it so much! The quiet, well-kept neighborhood was lovely, with grocery stores close by. There was ample parking space on site for 2 large SUVs. Just a short distance to Hillarys Beach and the boat harbour with lots of restaurants, the location couldn’t be better. This home offered so much more than comfort—it gave us space to recharge and make lasting memories. Highly recommend for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Northstead Coastal Charm. The location is ideal, and the property is pristine, spacious, and exceptionally well-appointed, especially for families with younger children. There are plenty of toys, board games, and a great outdoor area. You truly couldn’t ask for more. The facilities have been recently renovated and include everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only feedback would be the slightly confusing check-in and communication process. The host uses both Airbnb and a third-party platform, which led to duplication, such as verifying ID, confirming check-in times, and reviewing house rules across both systems. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit cumbersome doing everything twice.

Beautiful home with everything I needed in a great location. Walking distance to shops and coffee and close to the beach. Haydn was a great host and I highly recommend his place.

nice clean house. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space even for big families. big 2 car garage and space for another 3 cars in the driveway kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need bathrooms are clean and modern only thing that bothered us was that this house is cramped into it's places between the other houses. the neighbors are so close that there's literally not a single window they can not peak through so every window has shades which makes especially the lower level very dark and you can't tell if it's rain or sun outside

Roxy was great, the home was really a home. I came from Melbourne first time in Perth. I stayed in the city for a couple nights at first and was honestly ready to go back home. When I stayed here in Roxy’s home I didn’t really want to leave lol. It felt warm, and Cosy. It was hard to wake up because the bed was super comfortable lol. Roxy was a good person and also took the time out to check up and make sure everything was okay half way through my stay. Definitely going to be the home I book when I come back!

Such a beautiful home, we didn’t want to leave! Great location, close to everything we needed - cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The house is very well equipped and super cosy. Highly recommend booking this beautiful place, we will definitely be back :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

dellas house was close to the beach and shops, inside the house was stocked with anything and everything you might find the need for we especially loved the surprise of the games that we found! loved pictionary and jenga! just a short stroll to beach and shops but was in a quiet and peaceful area we would definitely stay again if we are in the area

Great value, very clean and comfortable stay in Scarborough close to the beach. Excellent coffee every morning was just a 5 min walk down the road at Harvest patisserie. Would happily stay again.

Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The house is situated in a great central place for exploring any areas north of the river by car, being close to the highway, freeway and Wanneroo road. Most places are easy to get to from here and places like Kings Park, the beach, Caversham wildlife park and the zoo are all 15-25 mins away (traffic depending) Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a huge shopping mall within walking distance which was very convenient. The street was very quiet and peaceful so relaxing in the house at night was never an issue either. Didn't come across any issues regarding the stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and Faisal was very quick to respond to any queries and questions we did have. Very pleasant experience!

Jag and Sarah were fantastic hosts. Super responsive and flexible to our needs. We needed a home for a month and their beach haus was the perfect place to unwind. Fantastic location, never a dull moment watching the waves! Thank you both for your hospitality! ☺️

The location, premises were amazing. It's entirely walkable to the beach and Cottesloe is a wonderful, luxe neighbourhood. Tania was super accommodating and responsive. She was prompt in replacing our bedsheets in the middle of the stay and communicated well and patiently to facilitate this and all the other queries we had. We should read the fine print, but hadn't realized we were next to a unit under construction (work started at 7.40am on one of the days) - this was clearly indicated in the listing though, so this was entirely our bad, but thought it was worth highlighting. 100% would recommend in spite of the construction next door. Thanks Tania for being a great host.

We had a lovely winter stay at this warm, well-located Innaloo home. The gas fireplace heated the whole house beautifully, and the property was tastefully decorated but free of clutter, with handy benches in each room to place belongings. The kitchen’s breakfast bar and the sheltered verandas were great for relaxing, especially while watching the rain. It's pet-friendly, with a secure, grassed yard perfect for a small dog. Just a short walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre and plenty of food options, many walkable. There are two car bays, though only one average-sized car fits comfortably. The house was spotless on arrival. A key consideration: it's close to Scarborough Beach Road, so traffic noise is noticeable from 4:30am to 10pm. Light sleepers may struggle with that, but proximity to shops and beaches makes it a fair trade-off. Overall, a practical, clean, and comfortable stay with thoughtful touches. Host was very responsive. A great stay.
