Le gîte se trouve au coeur du charmant village de Saint-Victor. Cadre paisible, invitant au repos et à la détente, avec vue directe sur le château de Montardy et les vallons de la campagne ribéracoise. Idéal pour les randonneurs et cyclistes avec de nombreux départs de balades depuis le village même. Ce gîte pour 1 ou 2 personnes est entièrement separé de la maison principale et comprend une cuisine toute équipée, salle d'eau et WC, chambre avec lit double, jardin privatif et place de parking.

Gîte 'Pas de Soucis'

Liefhebbers van natuursteen zullen hun hart ophalen in de vakantiewoning “Pas de Soucis”, ingericht in een oud molenhuis, dat perfect gerestaureerd is om 3 of 4 gasten alle comfort te bieden. U deelt het grote zwembad met de gasten van de vakantiewoning “Moulin Bertrand”. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een groot overdekt terras met een landelijke kloostertafel die plaats biedt aan 12 personen. De parktuin is compleet omzoomt door water, met aan één kant de molenvliet.

Une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle, four, micro onde, plaque gaz 4 feux,bouilloire ,cafetière à filtre .) Une salle de bain avec une douche,un lavabo et un wc.seche cheveux disponible .A l'étage 2 pièces mensardees, comportant 2 lits 2places. Une tv au salon et une dans la chambre . Le linge de lit et de toilette est fournis. À l'arrière de la maison, terrasse donnant sur le grand jardin. Table et chaises pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Eloïse and her family are happy to welcome you to the Bollet gîte. This cottage, surrounded by greenery, is a great place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the charms of Dordogne. We are located in the south of the Périgord Vert, where many outdoor activities are available to you: canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking trails, mountain biking. And of course many character villages to visit as well as the castles and caves of the Dordogne.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with recycled materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior layout, suitable for both short and long stays. Breakfast included and served in the morning between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a person you love, stroll in nature (park, forest, vineyard) or on the water (boat), have a barbecue…
