Farmstay holiday rentals in Douglas County

Great little place in the forest, yet close to town. There was a group of 6 of us and it was the perfect amount of space. From start to finish Sally was the perfect host. She is very helpful, yet gives you your space. The house reminded me of a place I grew up in as a kid. Cabin like feel with all the amenities. We took our teenage kids snowboarding and cooked them dinner after a long day on the mountain. Plenty of cookware and dishes for all of us. The beds were cozy and having a wood stove was the icing on the cake. The property has other rentals and a group site camp ground. It would be great for a large gathering with friends and family. We will definitely book a place on Sally’s property the next time we are in Oakridge!

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway to the Tired Dog Ranch and our stay at the Carriage "Hen" House. It was a lovely area, quiet and peaceful. The little place was rustic but had everything we needed. Its was nice to walk around the grounds and visit with the horses. We werent lucky enough to meet any of the other animals and the chickens were no longer around. The place was comfortable, nice big bed, and plenty of heating/cooling, and while rustic it was clean. The only issue we had was the showerhead was very short and my husband being 6'3" had a difficult time in the space. Also since there isnt a bathroom sink (this is clearly explained in the description so it wasnt a surprise) it was a bit uncomfortable to wash up in the evening as there arent curtains over the windows and there were a couple folks walking around. Other than those two things, which werent a huge deal to deal with, it was a wonderful time. The area is beautiful and we look forward to visiting again someday :)

This is our second stay with Bonnie and it was just as amazing as the first time around! The house is easy to find, has a beautiful view of the river, and such a lovely home. Bonnie has great communication and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there to everyone I know and highly likely to stay again myself. Thank you Bonnie!

Beautiful little house in the woods. Its a cowgirls dream. Lot's of really cool country decorations and a very peaceful environment. Would probably be nice hidout in the summer too.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs and Pachamama is by far our favorite stay. When we travel to visit family in Douglas County we won't stay anywhere else. If Pachamama doesn't have availability we wait until they do before we travel. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our favorite employee is Zeus he is the sweetest toughguy we have had the pleasure of meeting. The sausage, eggs, drinks, muffins, and yogurt are awesome and an amazing added touch to the comfortable stay. If you haven't stayed here you are truly missing out.

This is our second stay at Kyle and Elke’s place and we would certainly stay there again if and when we are back in the area. A very peaceful setting and comfortable accommodation that was just right for us.

I have stayed at a good number of Airbnb’s and this my absolute favorite! The decor is so charming and every single thing you could even think of needing is there. The bed is super comfy with wonderful linens. The entire place is impeccably clean which made me instantly feel comfortable and at home. Christina left me fresh eggs and a mini muffin loaf. The shared laundry room is great and I was so appreciative to be able to wash some clothes. Sadly, I was only able to stay one night so didn’t even have time to explore the yard or creek. I’m definitely hoping to get back here for a couple of days next time I’m in Oregon!

It’s rustic, beautiful and the perfect place to get away. It was nice coming from the city to be in the farm setting. We loved seeing the animals. Our host was friendly and very responsive. We received detailed directions. He even stopped by to ensure that we were able to connect to the Wi-Fi due to there not being cell phone service. We were really impressed with the farm fresh breakfast left for us in the refrigerator. Fresh croissants, farm fresh eggs and their very own breakfast sausage!! we will be looking for more events in the area, and this will be our new go to Airbnb.

Our family of ten had a wonderful stay here! We have stayed at air bnbs all over the world, and this has been our best experience. We had everything we could need in the kitchen and we cooked our entire stay. During the day, my dad got a cold and our hosts helped us get medicine right away. It was such a good experience. You feel very well cared for if you have a chance to go, go!

This is THE Airbnb to choose if you need a place to stay in the Oakland /Roseburg area. It was like a home away from home.The house is beautiful. The pictures on the website are nice, but I thought they didn't do it justice. The whole house is lovely with thoughtful details throughout. It is charming, clean, comfortable and very private! There was everything available we needed -plenty of towels, linens, pillows, etc. The bed and linens were good quality. The kitchen is well stocked. We utilized the Keurig every morning, plus a drip coffee maker & a stove top tea kettle. The dining area is spacious & the living room has comfortable seating, plus strong, WIFI. As a hostess, Kim went above and beyond to make sure the details were clearly communicated ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The washer & dryer were appreciated, particularly grateful for the “free and clear” laundry soap & dryer sheets. The setting is incredibly beautiful! The best location in the area!

Very nice and rustic. It is on top of a mountain and small. But a perfect place to set up a “base camp” if you are going to spend a few days in mountains or run out to Crater Lake National Park.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Valleys end Farm. The tiny house was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The porta potty was extremely clean and conveniently located close to the house. Kayaking on the river was our favorite part of the stay- So peaceful and relaxing! I appreciated that they had life jackets and kids kayaks- my 6 year old got to kayak on his own for the first time and he loved it. We will definitely be back in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It is probably the most outstanding place I've ever stayed in. every detail was so well thought out, down to the lighting, led candles, toiletries in the cabinet, soft toilet paper, blankets everywhere, fully stocked kitchen, variety of ice, magazines, books, and board games. there was even a guest garden. Toni and Mike were the sweetest hosts and even greeted us when we got there and let us feed the cows and pet the horses. the bed was huge, and I felt very safe because of the animals surrounding us. I've never bonded so well with a host, and can tell she poured so much love into this place. definitely book this place. it's a must stay. 💗

This was my 2nd time staying at Pachamama Farm and both times have been excellent and I highly recommend this location. The accommodations are unique, cute, very clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. The provided food for breakfast are fantastic. The provided sausage from the farm itself is the best sausage I have every had in my life. They also provide additional farm meats that you can purchase to take home or place a custom order. Both occasions that I have stayed there I have purchased the additional meats to take home and have bee extremely happy with my purchase. I am so thankful to have found Pachamama farms and will always try to stay there when visiting family in the area. Thank you Pachamama Farms for providing such a nice, clean, cute, quiet get away and the delicious food!

Perfect spot for our family of 4. We enjoyed the house and anytime we stepped out to explore the property grounds. We had a wonderful stay! The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, with a beautiful creek flowing right through the backyard — perfect for relaxing and soaking in nature. Drew was incredibly welcoming and kind. He even offered us some eggs to taste when we arrived, and they were so delicious we ended up buying more from him. Truly a warm and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Our group of 9 traveled to Pachamama Farms for a staff team building weekend! The combined space of farmhouse 1 & 2 was perfect for gathering the group for games or just relaxing or watching TV together. The children’s loft in farmhouse 2 is best suited for children or shorter people because of the low ceiling, but didn’t pose an issue with our group. The stocked you-cook breakfast was very delicious! Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The property is quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. We loved petting the goats and watching the other animals live happy lives on the farm! Our day trip to Crater Lake and our visit to Winston Wildlife Safari were amazing! Thank you for having and sharing such a unique place!

It’s hard to adequately describe the peacefulness of this place. You’re nestled in this beautiful valley, and everywhere you look is another spectacular view (especially if you’re from a place like Texas and see nothing but flat land every day!). It’s so quiet that all you hear are birds and farm animals, so it was just serene each morning, and the number of stars out at night was incredible! The drive to Crater Lake was a quick one, so the location was perfect.

Beautiful location & a cozy home. Slept 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and is large enough to make meals all together. The living room is comfortable and large enough for the kids to play. We had an issue and the host was responsive and resolved it within minutes. We would stay again & would recommend to friends and family.

Dean was so awesome. Super kind, helpful, the place was spotless clean, he reached out first to us about everything we needed to know before our arrival. He was really wonderful with our 6 year old son!! The accommodations were perfect! Exactly what we were looking for, above and beyond in fact. A very calm stay for us. We highly recommend this charming spot!

Excellent for a medium to larger group. GREAT host!! , service. very responsive and helpful. We were a high school basketball team and this worked out great for our trip and stay.

This was my first ever airbnb rental and it was awesome! Christina's house was just fantastic, the peacefulness of the property is just unreal. We watched the birds in the morning on the front porch while we enjoyed breakfast. The sunsets from the property are amazing as well. The house had everything we needed, we will definitely be back when we come back to Cottage Grove!
