Farmstay holiday rentals in Oregon

The view!!!! Truly spectacular and more magnificent and stunning than the pictures. We took advantage of Cynthia’s recommendation and hired Chef Ian who spoiled us with an amazing dinner and selection of wines for my husband’s 60th birthday dinner that included our two adult children and their significant others. The six of us all stayed at the home together for the vacation and it was perfect. The house is a short drive into town where we enjoyed great takeout from Social Goods one night and another evening had a yummy dinner at Rosmarino, meeting the warm and welcoming owner. Chef Ian put us in touch with his friend Aaron who drove us to three different wineries on Saturday and he even picked up our preordered lunch. Aaron was so kind and funny and born and raised there so had great tips and information to share. My husband and I are huge runners and found some good areas to run within a short drive from the house. All in all, a top ten place and wonderfully responsive host!

Matt and Pat were great hosts, they communicated clearly and made it easy to stay in the space. Would recommend to anyone.

The place was in a great location. The property was beautiful, especially the creek and backyard areas. The cabin was stocked with all the necessities and felt very comfortable

I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here. I will definitely come back here again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The mornings here were absolutely stunning. The bed was so comfortable. It had everything we need. The screen porched wrapped around the house which I loved. I miss it already.

Mary’s bunkhouse was perfect in every way. This property is an amazing slice of heaven away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Beautiful place to unwind & relax. I can’t say enough good things about Wine Down Ranch & Mary is the best, will definitely by back soon!

Delightful rustic cottage in a private environment. Delighted in leaving the hustle and bustle and trappings of a busy world down in the valley. Serviceable wifi, and Netflix for entertainment was great. Bit of a climb up to the loft, but comfortable bed, and the view and cross breeze from the window was great. There were three fans but we didn't even need them. Fully equipped kitchenette was very sufficient and the microwave and refrigerator made it so we didn't even need the hot plate, or outdoor bbq or camp stove. But we love the deck so much, we will plan to grill next time . Hosts were great with recommendations for wineries and restaurants, and very with communications. Thank you so much!

Our stay was so lovely here at The Bigfoot Palace. :) We stayed here during The Goonies 40th anniversary weekend. The weather was gorgeous and the house was so idyllic. We would go out adventuring during the day and come home to this wonderful peaceful home to refresh and unwind. Abdo and his wife Julie were super responsive and helped us out of a real jam while in town. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and a beautiful place to call out home away from home in Astoria. I will recommend it to anyone visiting. Dishwasher, laundry machines, coffee maker, and good wifi made the place really feel homey but luxurious.

This property is a little slice of heaven. Beautiful views of the water from the hot tub and main living area. A bird sanctuary! it was so peaceful listening to them while relaxing outside. The inside felt like home. Very accommodating stay. Love that there was an instant hot water pot to enjoy my morning tea. Also appreciated that there were no strong scents in the home. I plan to go back if available in the future!

I was taking my girlfriend on a romantic date and wanted to end it somewhere not home. I found this place and it was perfect. Private, rustic, romantic and inviting. They were very responsive and helped me set up flowers and candles I had sent. My girlfriend loved it. It was rainy and overcast and listening to the water fall from the trees was so peaceful. I will absolutely stay here again in the future. The decor is well put together and feels very cozy.

Bonnie’s container home was a beautiful relaxing off grid getaway from the city that has everything you need . Zero light pollution at night to see the stars, peaceful location with stunning views, lots of wild flowers and close to Mitchell and the painted hills. She gave great instructions to find the location and I do recommend four wheel drive for the road as she suggested because it is off grid. Bring a cooler of food with you and make sure you have fuel, and you will have a great time! 10/10 will recommend to my family and would love to come back in the future!

Very nice place and location. The tiny house is cozy and makes you feel at home. The surrounding scenery is peaceful too. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a little slice of heaven. It was so cozy and peaceful. I’ve never slept so easily away from home before. It’s such a beautiful drive to get there as well. I’m so grateful a place like this exists and that the hosts are generous enough to share the space with people passing through. It really felt so special there. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. :) It was so much better than staying somewhere owned by a big company running a chain of rentals, you can tell this place has a lot of love put into it

Fantastic quiet little cabin outside of town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Definitely looking forward to staying again and highly recommend.

This is exactly what we needed - forcing ourselves away from our creature comforts to enjoy nature and be present with each other. We knew what we were signing up for and it met our expectations perfectly. There is so much thought and care that goes into every element and I think it’s a great opportunity to gently immerse oneself into a stunning natural experience.

This place is spectacular! Midway through my trip I was already looking at future availability. Amie’s place was clean and the pictures don’t do the space justice. It’s just that beautiful. I can’t wait to come back.

We booked this stay last minute and it turned out to be a hidden gem. Tucked deep in nature, arriving at night felt like a little adventure with charming clues guiding the way. The place was beautifully lit, and a friendly dog came to greet us, which our kids adored. In the morning, we woke up to farm animals roaming freely—a magical sight for the little ones. The breakfast was delicious, and the room had a cozy, rustic farmhouse feel. A peaceful, memorable experience overall!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location on a working farm. We were invited to pick sweet, ripe cherries from the trees behind the cottage which was a really nice touch. The garden is really pretty and the porch is colorful and comfortable. We ate in both nights just so we could enjoy the cottage a little longer. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We stayed here due to the proximity to Hayward Field at University of Oregon. It was about a 30 minute drive. Not bad at all and worth it for the setting.

The location is private, quiet, serene and comfortable yet 10 minutes to town. Plenty of seating outside on the deck & porch to enjoy nature and listen to the many birds. The interior is tastefully decorated and updated. Everything we needed was provided and more than your average rental.

We have been looking at this place for years never realized you could stay here ! It was amazing we loved every second of it !

Comfortable, peaceful and welcoming. Met and stayed with family for nephews graduation at OSU Lois provides breakfast including fresh eggs and let us have a small celebration gathering at the farm which was much appreciated. Love all the animals who live there too.

What a wonderful hidden gem in Oregon! Very peaceful and beautiful. We felt very much at home. The roses on the table when we arrived were an extra special touch.

Everything was excellent about this stay - bungalow was well stocked with all essentials; detailed, thorough, and helpful instructions provided; good comfort such as temperature control, windows and shades for dark and quiet sleeping, abundant and perfume-free bedding and linens; beautiful, peaceful, and private location; and responsive, kind, and helpful hosts. This place is a gem and a great value and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful loft in a very rural and quiet area, and very comfortable. Anything you could think of that you might need was there. Julie and Tim are amazing hosts, always there if you need anything. The grounds are beautiful. They had farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator from their hens and they were amazing. I would definitely stay there again if I was to go to Eugene.
