Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

Lola's place was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard space alone gives the place 5 stars. Lola was hands down one of the best hosts I've experienced with Airbnb. She went above and beyond to accommodate and provide assistance where she could for me and my family. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Atlanta!

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

We had a nice family vacation at this house. We were in town for 10u baseball event and house was centrally located. We enjoyed the quiet area and pool at the house. We would easily book again. Amber was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
