Extraordinary experience!!! We could not have asked for more. From our first booking, Isabel communicated welcoming warmth. She was not only our host, but also our tour guide service. She arranged for airport transport, greeted us at the door and gave us a personal introduction to Porto. Through her recommendations, we booked a wonderful walking tour of the city and a magical full day excursion to the Duoro Valley. The carafe of port on the kitchen table was the icing on the cake. Isabel truly loves her city and her country and her enthusiasm made us feel so very welcome. We cannot give this experience any higher praise than to say we WILL return.

We had a wonderful time in Márcia’s apartment. The view of the cathedral was a daily highlight. The kitchen was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired — coffee capsules and tea were also already provided. One day, we had a minor renovation-related incident — a small thing broke — but it was no problem at all! 🤩 Márcia was not only immediately reachable, but had everything repaired and our apartment cleaned the very same day. And the cherry on top: a complimentary glass of port wine and some chocolate. Thank you, Márcia, for this fantastic stay and for the great guide you provided with restaurant tips! An outstanding Airbnb in a beautiful location. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of several different places to sit in the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the Douro valley. But it's the hosts that make this place so special. Casimiro and his son Manuel represent what Airbnb is all about; they personally welcomed us, offering lots of recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants, but were never intrusive. Casimiro's wife had prepared a tray of 'entradas' - a Portuguese starter of cured meats, cheeses, bread and olives - plus a bottle of local wine. A couple of days later Casimiro appeared with an huge bowl of cherries from their own orchard. This Airbnb wasn't just somewhere to stay for a few nights, but an experience to be treasured.

This spot was in a central place and Sandra was proactive to get check-in instructions to me. This allowed for easy late check-in and there was a lil welcome snack which was nice after a long travel day. It very much has feels of a hotel room-- private room with small kitchen amenities, but it was exactly what i wanted. The balcony was cute to have especially because its over a bustling lil street. Really enjoyed this spot, was perfect for popping in and out of while exploring Porto.

My stay at Francisco's apartment in Porto was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the city's main attractions. Francisco's place was cozy, clean, and full of charm. A perfect place for an artist it’s so well done. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved exploring Porto's streets and discovering its hidden gems, and coming back to the apartment's warm atmosphere was the perfect ending to each day. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back and stay here very soon.

We had a great time here! The space is small but very clean, cute and has everything you need. The balcony was great and we enjoyed several mornings sipping coffee outside. Daniel was very communicative, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Location was also perfect and in walking distance of the Ribeira!

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Highlight was the unbelievable views from the pool and terrace. The villa and garden with pool & basketball/football court is completely private, perfect for small groups. There are some great local restaurants and river beaches, and Porto centre is only a short drive away. Be warned - there are lots of steep and narrow roads! João was a brilliant host - greeting us on arrival, and easy to reach throughout. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Dajas Douro Valley was perhaps more beautiful than the photos! It was the perfect place to relax between adventures in Lisbon and Porto. We especially loved spending time by the pool by day and cozying up with a bottle of wine by the fire pit by night. Alexandra and Tatiana were very welcoming. A few tips for future guests: The property is nestled in the hillside which means it is at least 20 minutes from towns/restaurants. We rented a car which was helpful for exploring nearby areas, but be prepared for many narrow, steep and winding roads! We found that Waze gave better directions (less rustic) than Google maps. We also wished we had stopped at a grocery store to stock up on some food for our villa before arriving. I also recommend booking reservations at local wineries as we didn’t have much luck just showing up (midweek at least). My husband and I would absolutely stay here again!

A casa de praia é simplesmente fantástica! Mesmo em frente ao mar, com uma vista deslumbrante e um ambiente maravilhoso. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo e bem cuidado e a casa tem tudo para uma estadia confortável. A proximidade de supermercado, padaria/ pastelaria, restaurantes e café foi uma grande mais-valia. Foi uma experiência excelente. Recomendo vivamente!

This was one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The scenery was stunning, and the setting felt wonderfully secluded yet still just 15 minutes from the nearest supermarket (via a charming, winding road). The house was very comfortable and included a lovely pool — a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty around. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Idylle pur und eine Aussicht, an der man sich nicht sattsehen kann - egal ob Sonne, Wolken oder Regen. Marias kleines Haus mit der blauen Tür in Casal de Loivos lässt einen wünschen, man könnte 365 Tage im Jahr auf solch einem Balkon den Abend ausklingen lassen. Im sonnendurchfluteten Schlafzimmer im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich ein zusätzliches praktisches Waschbecken, sodass man sich sogar mit Blick auf den Douro die Zähne putzen kann. Mehrfach in der Woche halten verschiedene Händler mit ihren Lebensmitteln vor dem Haus, sodass man sich mit regionalen Produkten ausstatten kann. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist das Olivenöl- und Weinmuseum direkt vor der Tür. Tolle Verköstigungen und ebenso Mitarbeitende. A estadia correu incrivelmente bem. Estavamos com expectativas elevadas, mas conseguiu superar as mesmas. A casa está muito bem localizada e a decoração é maravilhosa! Por mim, o João e a Debora são impressionantes como anfitriões, não deixaram nada ao acaso e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. A repetir com toda a certeza!

a really great place to stay, the design is well considered with window shutters that block any noise and air con that works quietly. we had a great stay.

Andreina foi muito prestável o apartamento é limpo e acolhedor, a localização é fantástica para quem quer passar um dias tranquilos e perto das termas, o passadiço em frente ao apartamento e ao longo do rio é muito bonito e agradável bem como a piscina mesmo ao lado que é enorme e está bem tratada e com uma temperatura da água muito agradável para as crianças.

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!

도루강 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 예약한 숙소인데 아주 만족스러웠어요! 다리만 건너면 시내여서 계속 걸어다녔는데 괜찮았습니다. 가격대비 집도 넓고 취사 도구도 다 있어서 좋았어요 :)

We loved it from the moment we walked in. It was exactly as it was described and my 15 year old daughter wanted to "stay forever" as soon as she saw it. Perfectly located and just plan fun inside and out. Christoph made it all easy, responded immediately, and made everything all around easy and fun. Highly recommend it.

Simply outstanding! What a gorgeous condo Rooftop is awesome! One side with two large comfy sun-beds and dining table. The other side with a chill out cushioned, slightly shaded outdoor sofa area. Both areas private and cleverly hidden and not overlooked. Then there’s a side balcony to enjoy morning coffee / tea The house itself was exceptionally clean, amazingly well equipped and chic. Situated just outside of Porto in a beautiful neighbourhood with a small selection of quaint, cool bars/ restaurants. The beaches are beautiful ( who knew? ) We walked for miles along well kept wooden walkways exploring the beaches Easy reach of Porto city ( approx 6 euros in uber ) Communication with Gustavo was good however trivial my request ( apologies Gustavo 🙄) Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous place, it’s awesome !

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!

Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben alles toll für uns zu organisieren. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und hatte alles bei der Ausstattung, was man braucht (und sogar noch mehr). Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in dieser Unterkunft am Strand verbracht.
