The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need, as well as a private parking space on our farm and a cozy garden corner with the possibility to grill and linger is available .
