Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Albuquerque

Michael and Jennifer were excellent hosts and their apartment is super cute, very affordable, and was absolutely spotless. The neighborhood felt very safe and there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a few minutes. The apartment was the perfect "homebase" for us during our adventures exploring in New Mexico. Michael's personal recommendations for food, drink and sightseeing were great, as were the notes left from previous guests. My only regret is not booking a longer stay in New Mexico! Would highly recommend this place to others.

The place was truly charming and I had a great stay. Noel was friendly and responsive, and it was in a very convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean and fresh, with almost anything you could need being available. I wish we could have stayed longer to take more advantage of the lovely kitchen. The location felt very safe and was quiet. I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing with a cup of coffee and a book while my husband was able to edit photos inside on the comfy couch. There was a grocery store just down the street and it is close to downtown Albuquerque and other amenities.

I very much enjoyed my stay. In fact, I liked it so much I extended my original stay twice and stayed for nearly two weeks. The unit is clean and comfortable, and unbelievably quiet. Aaron and Chantel are conscientious hosts and responded immediately to my questions. I liked the secure parking and the short walk to the grocery nearby. I would be happy to stay here again and can whole heartedly recommend this accommodation to fellow travelers.
