Great place to stay near downtowns the university.

I would recommend this place, to anyone looking for a clean, and safe place to stay. Gated community, safety patrols on premises, our building could only be accessed with a key. They were very responsive to any questions or requests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

The condo was lovely and comfortable. It has a wonderful patio that provided a nice place to watch the deer and other wildlife. The beds were super comfy and had nice bedding with lots of pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, everything you might need. The onsite restaurant is great and we enjoyed a fabulous massage at the spa. We would stay again!

Sarah’s place is great and in a perfect location. The comms were amazing which led to a seamless process which made things very easy. Place was immaculate, and has all the essentials for a short or a long stay. I would highly recommend this host and stay to anyone looking to enjoy their first trip to Austin (like I did) or returning!

My 2 teen daughters & I spent 2 months (mid Jan- mid Mar) at Paula's place. Lovely views from within most of the condo, comfy furniture & beds, large master bath, very functional kitchen w/ pretty much whatever we needed. Loads of dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Awesome Ninja blender that we used daily. Paula was very kind & responsive. Very easy to work with. Deck was nice w/ plenty of its own furniture & morning/early afternoon sun. The gym was small but mostly well outfitted. Rarely too crowed. It was a windy road to & from the condo & I kept wishing I had a sports car every time I drove it, haha. I'm not a city gal, so I intentionally chose a place out of the city that was quiet. But when we wanted to, the city was easy enough to access w/in 40 min w/o paying tolls. We saw a few concerts, visited the main Austin sites, & caught the vibes during SXSW. It was a good location to visit surrounding small towns and do some nature walking/hiking, as well. I definitely recommend it!

My stay was Great! The house was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. I loved the balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee and its view. I highly recommend staying here. This was a super fun and beautiful place to stay at!! The backyard was huge and all the lighting in the home really made the place stand out. It’s in a fun neighborhood too, and it gets bonus points for being dog friendly. Would absolutely come back!

Jerry’s lake house was very enjoyable. You cannot beat the view!! Waking up every morning to the water was amazing. We had two teenagers with us and they enjoyed all the water sports. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with every request. The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. Will definitely be back!

Super safe and quite condo resort, we ate at the on site restaurant and it was delicious! Deer everywhere, we enjoyed that as well!!

Wonderful place to stay. Loved that it was secluded from the city. Peaceful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife especially all of the deer. We were even able to feed them a few times. Right by lake Travis so easy to go get a boat, jet skis etc. The place itself was great with everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and with all of the amenities that were listed. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts. Look forward to staying here again. A 10 out of 10. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

Loved it here! Very clean, very private, very peaceful! The views were amazing, the pools were spotless, the deer were friendly, I would stay here again for sure it was amazing!

Perfect place with an impeccable view!!! Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in.
