The place was so adorable!! Perfect for my family to stay the night and enjoy a good stay. Gabrielle was so on top of things and there for us. She worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. Would recommend.

I felt right at home for the couple weeks I was there. I loved the electronic smart locks, I always felt safe and sure my stuff would be there when I got back. Host is friendly and very responsive. If you have any issues he’s got your back.

After a long trip into Des Moines we easily found a parking place, and with the instructions pretty much just walked right into the apartment with no effort at all. The apartment was awesome! Simple retro furnishings combined with the industrial construction gave the place just the right vibe to relax in and just felt, 'right'. Any time I thought I needed something, I opened a cabinet or looked in a closet, and there it was. And the view of downtown... wow. Everything else - parking was easy and felt safe. The apartment was right there after coming in - no long walks. Just a short walk down the hill and across the beautiful bridge to downtown. Lots of night life and great food just a few blocks away, yet distant enough that no noise followed you home. Looking forward to the next time I can take Diego up on his hospitality! Cheers!

Ethan’s Airbnb was perfect for our family’s quick stay in Altoona. Much better than the overpriced, single room hotels nearby :)

My third stay here in the past five years as part of a mid-west regional disc golf tournament. The place is clean, quiet, and nearby to all the disc golf courses used for the tournament. The hosts respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Recommended!

Dan was an amazing host! Very accommodating to my needs which I’m appreciative of. All of the instructions were very clear and precise. Plus it’s located in a really good location to get around downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Des Moines. Central to everything. We visited for a race and the road with the parking for the Airbnb was closed, however, there is so much parking around that area that we were able to find alternatives for free as well.

Felt like home! Didn’t use the kitchen except for snacks, we ate out our entire stay, but if you were to use the kitchen it was stocked with all your needs! I personally would suggest eating at Bluebei sushi & Grill right below the Air B & B I suggest trying EDAMAME & CHARRED EDAMAME & SHISHITO PEPPERS OMG everyone was happy with their orders ! This location is perfect, no car need, there’s something for everyone in walking distance! If I could give more the 5 ⭐️ I would

Dan’s place was such a treat. We really only slept there, but I wish we had more time just to enjoy it. It was super clean and had everything we could have needed. Even though we arrived late at night we didn’t have troubles getting in. Communication from Dan was excellent. I have Dan’s place saved for my next trip to DSM.

When we checked in we had a quick concern with a slight odor, Dan was quick to respond and fixed it first thing in the morning. He was friendly and easy to work with. The unit itself was great, it was very secure with several areas where a key fob was required to access the floors, it was clean, and an overall great place. Very happy with Dan and the location.

Great location. Easy walk to the East Village. Jesse was extremely organized and proactive. The space was as-advertised and worked great for a quick stopover in Des Moines.

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

We had such a great stay! The property was beautiful and very quiet/low key. It was a great neighborhood that was close to almost everything! Jake was super helpful in recommending places to go out and was quick in his responses!! 10/10 would recommend:)

This is my second stay with Sleepover in this building. The unit was spotless, quiet, and comfortable as always and the host is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay here. My husband and I came for our anniversary last year and when we wanted another private getaway, this was the first place that came to mind. It's so peaceful and perfect for a little getaway to reconnect. The place is clean and beautiful, the bed is comfy, and we essentially live in the hot tub. I'm sure we'll set up another stay in a few months!
