Come stay at our preserved 1912 duplex, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a multi-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion, lovingly renovated! This build was completed by a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is has much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just blocks from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola, Wayne State, + Little Caesars Arena. The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023 Coffee+Cocktails downstairs 8AM-11PM!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. People live downstairs. Private smart entry. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, water filter and microwave. Loft living room with bedroom and full size bed. Right off freeway. Close to downtown Detroit, equidistant to east, west side, downriver and Oakland county. Markets, coffee shops, good carry out, entertainment in walking distance. Across from park with a little backyard and deck.

This elegant, light, compact studio is 3 blocks from Ford’s new MI Central Station and Corktown, and a mile from Downtown, Midtown, arenas, and casinos (an easy ride on our complimentary bikes). Relax in comfort in a newly reno’d Victorian home surrounded by fields and wildlife.
