Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I stepped in, the place felt like a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The interior is beautifully designed—modern yet warm, with tasteful decor and high-quality furnishings. Natural light floods the space through balcony creating an airy and uplifting atmosphere throughout the day. The living room was a favorite spot for me, especially with the plush sofa and a smart TV setup that made relaxing effortless. The kitchen was fully equipped and immaculate—great for anyone who enjoys cooking or just needs the convenience. The bedroom felt like a boutique hotel suite: soft linens, blackout curtains, and a mattress that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness was top-notch, I also appreciated the butler Mr. Rashed.very kind ,attentive and very approachable. A slightly stronger water flow in the bathroom would make it more better.
