Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown Dubai

My friends & I had an amazing time at this property. The infinity swimming pool was one of the best we had been to. The place was exactly as in the pictures. Clean and Spotless and the host was very friendly and responsive to every query. Would definitely recommend goodstay to my friends and family.

We stayed with our family of 3. The sleeping couch was super nice and still plenty of space around. The appartement had really everything we need. It felt like coming home. Was very nice and clean. The location is also perfect, downtown with everything at walking distance. If you are in the appartement it is nice and relaxt, on the same floor as the swimming pool, gym and playing area for the kids which is very convenience. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Check-in was easy and nice. The employee, Plessy, welcomed us and guided us to the parking lot and helped us carry the luggage. The location is distinctive and close to Dubai Mall, restaurants and supermarkets are very close The apartment is clean, distinctive, spacious, and the view is fantastic I strongly recommend it to families

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Tarek’s place, and felt right at home! The apartment was clean and included all the supplies one woks require plus more! Super convenient having a supermarket downstairs as well as an accessible and 24/7 manned car park. As a host, Tarek is super helpful and very responsive. I will definitely look to book again next time I’m here as well as recommend his place to people I know. Oh and I forgot to mention the amazing view from the balcony!! Amazing apartment with good view.

Unforgettable stay - absolutely recommended! I can really recommend everyone to stay in this accommodation! The stay was fantastic - the pool and the view of the skyline were simply indescribably beautiful. In reality, everything is even more impressive than in the pictures or in the description. The host really thought of everything and made the start particularly pleasant for us – we were welcomed with water, milk, bread and even chocolate. The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. We felt comfortable all around and would come back anytime

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

The apartment was amazing for me and my mother, this was our first time to Dubai and we felt right at home in the apartment which made our stay even better. It was located in a great area which is local to Dubai mall the Burj Khalifa and many more places, staff at Merano tower was also very kind and nice to us, I would high recommend Saman apartment to any first time travellers or any returning to Dubai, I will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect place away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.
