Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown Dubai

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique chez Irina à Dubaï ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est très propre, bien aménagé, conforme aux photos et offre une vue à couper le souffle sur le Burj Khalifa. Un vrai plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin face à cette icône de la ville. Mention spéciale pour la piscine située au 64e étage : un véritable atout avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur tout Dubaï — un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Irina a été une hôte attentionnée, réactive et très professionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Dubai.

We stayed with our family of 3. The sleeping couch was super nice and still plenty of space around. The appartement had really everything we need. It felt like coming home. Was very nice and clean. The location is also perfect, downtown with everything at walking distance. If you are in the appartement it is nice and relaxt, on the same floor as the swimming pool, gym and playing area for the kids which is very convenience. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. Thank you for this wonderful stay — it couldn’t have been better!

We had a wonderful stay at Tarek’s place, and felt right at home! The apartment was clean and included all the supplies one woks require plus more! Super convenient having a supermarket downstairs as well as an accessible and 24/7 manned car park. As a host, Tarek is super helpful and very responsive. I will definitely look to book again next time I’m here as well as recommend his place to people I know. Oh and I forgot to mention the amazing view from the balcony!! Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen, in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten! Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft – der Pool und der Ausblick auf die Skyline waren einfach unbeschreiblich schön. In Wirklichkeit ist alles noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht und uns den Start besonders angenehm gemacht – wir wurden mit Wasser, Milch, Brot und sogar Schokolade willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartamento no Dubai, downtown junto ao imponente Burj Khalifa. O apartamento é maravilhoso, igualzinho e até melhor do que nas fotos, super limpo e organizado, com arrumação e limpeza todos os dias, a localização é mais que perfeita, alguns segundos para o Navat (que fazem um kebab…), 1 minuto para Dubai Fountains, 2 minutos para a porta do Burj Khalifa (que também pode ser visto a partir da varanda do apartamento mesmo),3 minutos para o Dubai Mall, 4 minutos para outros comércios, mercados, barzinhos, o fogo do chão, estação de metrô e farmácias bem próximos e tudo caminhando mesmo! O check in e check out sem burocracia. A anfitriã, Dee é nota 1000!!!! Sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, responde todas as dúvidas rapidamente e sugere outras opções de sítios turísticos e para diversão também! Amamos a estadia e de certeza que voltaremos a nos hospedar consigo Dee!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

The apartment was amazing for me and my mother, this was our first time to Dubai and we felt right at home in the apartment which made our stay even better. It was located in a great area which is local to Dubai mall the Burj Khalifa and many more places, staff at Merano tower was also very kind and nice to us, I would high recommend Saman apartment to any first time travellers or any returning to Dubai, I will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect place away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.
