Two bedroom, one bath house, with a newly remodeled bathroom, large fenced yard with hot tub and decks. An older indoor/outdoor ***CAT lives here full time :) She needs to be fed twice a day. Easy access to The Urban Trail, Aspen Place, and downtown. Airbnb classifies this as a cabin. You may have rustic encounters. These could be a snowy driveway, wood piles, insects, warm days without a/c, birds, leaves/pine needles, heights without rails etc. Yard may not fully manicured at all times.

Near Downtown! Hot Tub, Big Secluded Backyard

Your about a mile from downtown Flagstaff, but the huge backyard with hot tub is secluded in the cool pines. The house sits on a third of an acre and features three patios to take your coffee on. The house has four bedrooms and is a little more updated then your typical Flagstaff home, with a full size eat in kitchen. The Location is perfect! Across the street is the urban trail and all the adventure you could want. We now offer whole home A/C for those hot days, a rarity in flagstaff.

A welcoming living room is present, featuring a cozy sectional sofa and two armchairs. Natural light floods in through large windows with sheer blinds. A wooden entertainment center and fireplace create a focal point, while decorative plants add a touch of greenery.

Walking distance historic to downtown. This home has been split into 2 units, this unit is the larger half of the duplex. There is NO access between units.
