This studio is super unique and fun with a great, central location. It was once the carriage house for the Brannen-Devine home located just North on the same property. It was converted into a studio in the 1970's and was recently renovated in 2022 with all the modern amenities one might need while traveling. Built in 2017. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on the 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights.
