Great location, great apartment and great host. Everything was spotless and her place has everything you need if you don’t have/forgot something.

If I could rate this 10 stars I would!! This place was so clean, cute, and convenient. The descriptions for parking, directions, check in, etc. were perfect and easy to follow. We were in a perfect neighborhood convenient to everything in Greensboro. Jonathan was so responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. We had the best time and our accommodations made it 100x better!! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a great stay. Good amount of space for a one bedroom with everything you need. Squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. Great location with lots to walk to and tons to drive to. As others have mentioned noise travels (voices, cupboards, walking, etc.). Just a good FYI the drive way is stone, very steep, lined with trees and parking is tight which does make getting in and out difficult.

Place was very clean and she was very specific and helpful with parking. Her communication was on point and quick as well. I Loved that so many places to eat and a place to get coffee were available and so close. Nice place to walk around. The only complaint I have was the noise at night. Which is not under the owners control. And I realize we were in the city part of Greensboro. We were there for a soccer showcase and luckily, we only had to wake up early on Sunday and was able to sleep in Friday night and Saturday night. Overall I recommend staying at “The Spot”. =}
