Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown Halifax

We had a wonderful stay on Chocolate Lake at Hiromi's property. We loved waking up each morning and having tea and coffee whilst looking out over the lake. The property is very stylishly designed and comfortable, and a perfect place from which to explore Halifax, Peggy's Cove and Lunenberg. We were unable to figure out the automatic blinds and lights as the tablet apps were not working. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay!

We enjoyed staying at Robert's fabulously decorated home. It is a unique home in a beautiful setting; it's not often we get to stay in a home with exotic birds, friendly ducks, and a dinosaur room. And Robert is an excellent host. It's a great location for seeing the area - many attractions within a 1-2 hour drive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nova Scotia.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

Excellent place to stay. Could possibly be a little warm in summer without A/C but was nice during our visit. Host was super accommodating with an early check in and easy check out. No cleaning required.

Hi Shelagh, you have a great place perfectly located to walk around Halifax into downtown or to Dal or out to Point Pleasant Park. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. It was easy to drive to from Halifax airport with Google maps and there was a convenient parking spot out back. it also had the most comfortable mattress i have slept in for quite some time. Definitely recommended :)

This place was great, beautiful house and perfect distance from the city. Their dog is very friendly and great to play with outside in the back. Clean place and had everything we need.

This location was very convenient to the downtown core. There are opportunities for a nice walk along the shore line. Thank you for having us into your space.

We stayed 2 nights at The Jubilee. The location was great for our purpose. Parking in the driveway was a great plus. The hosts were super attentive and made our stay amazing. Beds were super comfy. Well appointed amenities inside. We appreciated the age and architecture of the traditional Halifaxian home. Thank you!

We came here to visit family and do some local sight-seeing. This place was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do, an easy 5 minute walk to the market and downtown attractions. It was bright and clean exceeding expectations well stocked with all the amenities. Tiffany was very helpful and friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Very reasonably priced would highly recommend. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks for a great experience!

The place was comfortable and good value for money. Peaceful neighborhood away from the busy Halifax area. It had the necessary amenities and Barry was very accommodating and friendly.

Ursula’s place was wonderful and perfect for our visit. It is an easy walk to the ferry in a great, walkable neighborhood close to great food and bars. The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the bed was really comfortable. Ursula is lovely, responded quickly and was helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

One of my favourite Air B&B’s to date! Angela was such a thoughtful host and all of her recommendations were incredible (Bar Kismet, The Narrows, parks, breweries, etc). We had our pup and it was the ideal place, especially for wanting to get around mainly on foot. LOVELY neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was great. There was on-street parking available, the space was clean and as described and had all the amenities listed. I would stay there again!

Catherine's place was the perfect spot! it's very private and is a nice big walk out basement with tall ceilings and a beautiful little backyard. it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The kitchenette is small, but if you plan ahead it's very workable. the location is also very convenient - close to downtown.

Elissa was a great host and made me feel welcome immediately. The place is beautifully done and a nice peaceful ambiance to spend a night. Wrinkles also gives Elissa a five star rating. He was welcomed with bowls for food and water and offered a coZy bed to sleep in!

We loved Jeanne’s condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Could walk around the little town of Mahone Bay, or enjoy the view from the balcony.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and close to everything. Quick walk to the water, lots of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful location, and Angela is an excellent host! She was very responsive the entire time and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her space. Next time we're in Halifax, we'll definitely book with Angela again!

The apartment suited me perfectly with a thoughtfully appointed kitchen, quiet space and very clean. A great place for a week of remote work in Halifax! Will look to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

The Penthouse was the most comfortable place to relax and enjoy the view, have a coffee and visit. The beds were very comfortable after a day of travelling and walking about downtown Halifax. We found that it was very close to great restaurants and harbour sites. Highly recommend this modern penthouse.

Absolutely lovely stay. Secure ,spacious and beautiful views. Easy to walk to waterfront . Nice to have parking included , we did have a truck and required a little maneuvering to get in and out but all worked out. Highly recommend
