Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Jacksonville

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

I was in Jacksonville for work and needed a place to stay. Kayla’s place was perfect! Super cozy, comfortable bed and sheets. I know it’s strange to mention but the A/C was to tier lol The area is also great restaurants and bars walking distance. Nice safe area which made my stay all the more comfortable. I highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Many restaurants in the area. A super Walmart is a 5min walk from this place.

We stayed here for four nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The site for The connections (water, electricity, drainage) worked perfectly. The place felt safe and quiet during the night, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Tyler is an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. He made the experience flawless from beginning to end. This is the perfect place to stay, specially if you if you are in town for work and need a place to rest peacefully at night. Very clean, comfortable bed and the essentials for a wonderful stay. Avondale/Murray Hill is a great area, where you can take nice walk and there lots of restaurants nearby. Looking forward to another good stay!

From the moment I walked in the door until I turned in the key this was a 5 star experience. Our host was responsive and not only that but she was proactive which really made our stay stress free. This place was packed with all the amenities that we could need including access to the pool, tennis courts and a 24hr gym. The location a win if you want to stay in and if you want to go out youre close to the Town Center and not too far from the beach or downtown. I particularly enjoyed the design of the layout. The space is cozy and comfortable for 2 or 3 people and the ONLY thing I didn't like is that we didn't stay longer. Top tier experience

This was a great stay! The location is truly in the heart of Avondale, but the garage apartment is a peaceful sanctuary. Clean and well-organized. Fully stocked with everything you could need! Looking forward to coming back to this spot.

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and had a great vibe. My teens especially enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole every night, which became a fun part of our routine. The location was super convenient with easy access to the main highways. We were only 7 minutes from our baseball tournament and about 15 minutes from the beach, which made everything really easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we would 100% stay here again! Jessica and Jordan were amazing hosts—clear instructions, quick responses, and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable!

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

Unit was easy to access with street parking feet away from entrance. Unit was cute and clean, with many old features that were charming. it was clean and inviting with attractive decorations and colors. The beds were hard, so if you like a hard bed this is for you. If not, you can always sleep on the couch, which is unbelieveably comfortable. All in all, I would stay here again.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lola was a wonderful host! The place was super clean and well decorated. It felt very comfy and like a home away from home! Lola makes sure you have everything you need. We had one issue during our stay and it was fixed by the next day! Would highly recommend staying with Lola!

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.
