Everything is exactly as described. She was definitely a great host and I would totally recommend anyone going there!

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and timey they were kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right during my visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Tom's place was awesome! It was right across the street from a beautiful / clean park so my toddler was very happy about that and had a great time playing during our down time. The location was perfect as we were going on a cruise and stayed at Toms for a couple days before departure at Cape Liberty. Tom genuinely cared about our experience and there was a minor cleanliness issue when we arrived and he rectified it quickly which says a lot about how much he cares. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great space for a long or short trip to NJ and/or NYC! Short Uber drive to Liberty Park where you can ferry over to Manhattan or short walk to the bus that takes you to Times Square! Overall, great space to stay when you are in New Jersey.

The apartment is spacious, spotless, and only several short blocks from the PATH. Downstairs are two large bedrooms (both including closets), laundry room, and bathroom. Upstairs are a comfortable kitchen with breakfast table plus large dining room and large living room, both spare, as shown. We had thought we'd have guests but didn't in the end, so the two of us happily spent most of our non-sleeping time in the kitchen. I worried that the front bedroom would get too much street noise, but it did not. We took advantage of the Peloton and washer/dryer, but not the piano. David is very responsive. It turned out to be a good stay.

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

We are return visitors and Samantha's property never disappoints. Her communication is great and check-in and check-out are seamless. The apartment is in a beautiful Jersey City neighborhood. It is clean, exactly as advertised, and right up the street from a fantastic city park. We will definitely be back.

Great stay in Jersey City! The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to the PATH train, making it easy to get to Manhattan. Monte was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us as everything we needed was nearby. Thank you again for hosting us and we'll check for availability should we come back to town next time.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlaine’s place! Our trip was off to a great start with Charlaine’s warm welcome and local recommendations. The area is walkable and close to Liberty State Park and the light rail that takes you to trains to Manhattan. The two stores right across the street were also great for getting food and snacks. Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

We had a great stay at this comfortable and well-located 2-bedroom apartment. The space was clean and exactly as described. Being on the first floor made access easy, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to major transportation, shopping, and dining. We especially appreciated being just steps from beautiful Lincoln Park, and having New York City less than 20 minutes away made it easy to explore the city without the hassle. A perfect home base for anyone looking to enjoy both NJ and NYC!

I came up to Jersey City with a few friends for a weekend event and needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Mary Jean's house was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, pristine and so comfortable. The house is decorated with high-end finishes that still retain their historical charm. It comes with a gated parking space (no having to search for parking on narrow, busy streets) and was quiet and comfortable. Mary Jean was also so personable and readily available for advice on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely plan on staying here again for future events in Jersey City!!

A very great place, clean and lovely rooms and cosy beds, generally the entire place is lovely, our hosts were friendly and responsive, clear instructions and helpful in finding transport to NY.

Wonderful experience! Joana is a Super Fantastic Host with a great place to stay when visiting the Hoboken area or looking for a convenient place to stay near NYC. Joana was very proactive in taking steps above and beyond expectations to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect for walking to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short 10 minute walk to the PATH Train Station for when we wanted to go into NYC. We found the unit cozy and clean with all the amenities and appliances needed during our stay. We opted to cook dinner our first night and daily breakfasts and had all the utensils, appliances, and condiments/spices we needed. It is a 2 level unit with the bedroom and BR upstairs, which is on the sidewalk level, with a lower level having the kitchen and living room area in the basement. Plenty of natural light gives the entire unit a light and airy feel to it. Unit is perfect size and layout for 2 guests. Would stay here again for sure!

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

This places was perfect for our family stay - clean, lovely rooms and a great top deck with views (weather permitting). Looked just like photos and hosts were very responsive. Location is close to both PATH subway and bus for easy access to NY

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

We just got home from enjoying a week long stay at Troy’s place. From booking our stay, to checking in, to checking out and all the time in between Troy was very gracious with his time. It felt like making plans with a friend which is the kind of interaction you want when spending time in an unfamiliar place. The place itself was spacious for my husband and our two teenage kids. The beds and pillows were comfy, the shower water was hot even as the last one showered for the evening. Troy had a brita water jug that was perfect for filling our waters for the day which was nice. We mostly ate out, but it seemed there were enough kitchen items to cook and eat in if one would prefer that option. One of the main reasons we booked Troy’s place was the proximity to Journal Square Terminal. It was an easy walk and we felt safe doing it every morning and night. We enjoyed our food and walking to Philippine Bread House, Toasted Bagel and Deli, Wealth Kitchen, Larry and Joe’s Pizzeria and Bay.
