Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

Lorraines place was everything we wanted and more for our 7 day stay! The building is gorgeous, easy to find and the residents are friendly. The room itself is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. its private, cozy, and the view is actually awesome. The only downside (which was easily fixable) was the bathroom was a little uncleaned when we arrived. All I needed to do was give it a wipe down and it was great! Lorraine is responsive and very accommodating, she answered all the questions we had and was detailed and helpful! we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and cozy place, Hillary and Nancy are the best host ever!!! My family and my self spend 2 months in their place and we love it, parking is so convenient.

Perfect location for us. The condo was spotless and Oceana was easy to get a hold of. Loved our stay!

I did enjoy my time at Cesar’s home. It gave me the feeling of home, fully equipped what I need. Cesar is extremely friendly, I received welcomed package, a bottle of wine (nice taste), a basket of fruits and few bottles of water. The invincible beach view and location can be another attraction. This is the best AirBNB I had ever experienced. Thanks.
