Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Long Beach

We had the most amazing time staying at Eva’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Eva was an outstanding host! She was communicative, flexible, and incredibly kind. Her warm personality truly made our experience even more special. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, including welcoming our service dogs, which we deeply appreciated. The home itself was perfect- clean, cozy, and had everything you need! It is also in the most ideal location. We were just steps away from a great strip of shops and restaurants, and literally right next to the beach! We couldn’t be anymore grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you again Eva, for everything! You’re awesome, and we can’t wait to come back!

The apartment and location are both incredible. Being just blocks from the ocean and away from any street noise, in a lovely and comfortable space was exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay—street parking was easy, the shower pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, the AC units worked well—and the porch at the top of the stairs was a delightful addition. We enjoyed drinking coffee and reading out there in the mornings. Thank you, Bill! We'd love to come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Long Beach! The space was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedding in every room, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals at home. The rooftop was a highlight—perfect for relaxing in the evenings—and the location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed being able to walk both to the dog beach (even without our dogs!) and into town for shopping and dining. It was the perfect home away from home for our family of five, including my mom, husband, and two kids. Highly recommend!

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Everything was perfect! I had my proposal on the patio there and the view was gorgeous. Jeffery was a fantastic host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

Sovina’s place is great! It is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is in an awesome location, easy walk to 2nd street and the beach. We got a lot of use out of the front and back yards as well. I would like to stay here next time when I’m back in the area!

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Jeffrey’s home was fantastic and he was extremely responsive! We will definitely rent with him again if we are ever back in the area.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
